I have an affection for Tunnocks based on a vague memory that they were good about something terfy once, so thanks for the particulars.

I remember when then Rachel McKinnon tried to get Specialized and Garmin to disavow Kelly Holmes for speaking up for women's sports, Garmin at least just ignored him (Specialized kissed his arse).

Me too. I don't agree with everything he says but always enjoy listening to him. I think that him and Brendan O'Neill really do understand the impact that all of this shite is having on women , and are disgusted by it. I think some men (Dawkins, the Triggernometry pair for example) aren't particularly bothered about women but just care very deeply about the truth

I had a quick look at Tunnocks website and it all seemed very heteronormative. Miss Glasgow (woman) wearing a Tunnocks dress, and football (mens) being sponsored. Their Gender Pay Gap report is on there, and it refers to men and women, but I didn't investigate their definitions of the words. If they are woke they've hidden it anyway!

Yes, and for some late adopters it's about self promotion or political expediency. Although I'm always happy to have more people on side, it's nice to remember the men who spoke up on principle many years ago.

Someone said Jonathan Ross stuck up for Glinner without being explicitly terfy, but actually I think he went a bit further than that.

Occasionally our interests overlap. Do not mistake this for Donald Trump standing up for women.

However although his motives are suspicious, his actions mean that American girls and women in sports, rape crisis centres, breast feeding clinics, prisons, changing rooms, domestic violence units etc etc etc, don’t have to worry about billy big dick swinging his manhood around in their spaces. At the very minimum.

So although I would rather Biden / the democrats had supported women - he / they did not. And here we are.

Much like I’d rather Labour supported women, but we all know and evidence shows, they hate women. This latest ruling is making Starmer suck his thumb, but still he’s PM, an ex barrister he knows what he needs to do.
