It’s horrible but I think the men are actors, having been in a lot of care homes these men don’t look old enough or like anyone I’ve seen in a home.

Not the point but I don’t think the man in the picture is in his 80s, he looks 60s at most. The point about dementia still stands though.

In which case they cannot give informed consent and she should be arrested for sexual assault.

Physical reaction to stimuli is not consent, in spite of what paedophiles sometimes claim.

That is grim. And raises issues about informed consent if, as is suggested, some of the men have dementia.
