I've not seen a thread on Amy on MN and the search didn't show up anything. She seems to be being put through the wringer by tras and by her nursing college.

I thought if she saw this thread it might be cheering Flowers, she's on twitter. I found her thanks to Bette.

He doesn't need to do an analysis of policies for gender transition. He is tasked with the mental health outcomes of transition. Which is the same thing.

Why would anyone choose BF to speak on their behalf for any reason, BF is absolutely awful at this, speaking over the witness, asking nonsensical questions, asking questions in a way that seems to be accusing the witness of something then not being able to back it up as doesn't know where in the document they pulled quotes from.

Anyone watching this this evening? Amy's lawyer has just put on the record how inappropriate it was for the BCCNM's expert to be present during Amy's expert's evidence yesterday. They say this could potentially prevent Amy from receiving a fair hearing.

Watching. This is nuts.

Cantor - answering a question about why he produced a paper debunking WPATH's statements drawn from the literature - in essence he took down each statement by referencing the source material and correcting the statements. Feels that WPATH misrepresented the literature...impact on children unnecessary medicalisation...with no positive impact. (Paraphrased)

I couldn't drop in again. The process here is terrible. Maybe this might work for a very narrow tribunal but reading a CV taking hours, what possible value does that have? I really feel for Amy. Having followed the Jo Pheonix tribunal the contrast couldn't be clearer. They managed to get through a huge number of witnesses because of the tight time management and the hefty use of submissions.
