I've not seen a thread on Amy on MN and the search didn't show up anything. She seems to be being put through the wringer by tras and by her nursing college.

I thought if she saw this thread it might be cheering Flowers, she's on twitter. I found her thanks to Bette.

Possibly. Also I’m assuming they haven’t had the equivalent case law of Forstater in Canada. So perhaps their position is that the GC position isn’t WORIADS (or whatever the equivalent would be in Canada.) Or perhaps they are arguing that the GC position is harmful and not covered by free speech.

If so, is she trying to enshrine in law that no one can be GC because this would cause minority stress?

I was wondering the same. I wonder if she can get JC to agree to the premise it applied to gay men in the 80s/90s then it follows that it applies to trans people now. I think she's trying to catch him out in some way or another which might be why the questioning feels so oblique.
