I am actually in tears.

Allison. You are amazing.

Same

NonnyMouse1337 · 27/07/2022 12:20

Holy shit!!!! Yes!!!!!!!

crumpet · 27/07/2022 12:19

Am delighted for her. Pity about the Stonewall side, but it was a stretch. It would have helped GCC to perhaps make a claim against Stonewall and recoup some of their costs!

Waitwhat23 · 27/07/2022 12:19

Sexdoesmatter · 27/07/2022 12:19

I've surprised myself by having a little cry. Congratulations Allison

Absolutely the same!

ControversialOpening · 27/07/2022 12:19

Excuse me, my above posts are Allison's tweets - posted for those who cannot get twitter.

MrsOvertonsWindow · 27/07/2022 12:19

Fantastic news. She's a brave and courageous woman. It's a real warning to all those organisations in thrall to Stonewall of the dangers of allowing them into the workplace to impose their fake law and toxic beliefs on others.

Sexdoesmatter · 27/07/2022 12:19

I've surprised myself by having a little cry. Congratulations Allison

MaudeYoung · 27/07/2022 12:19

This is the best news. Congratulations Allison.

What a warrior woman you are!

Gabcsika · 27/07/2022 12:19

When can we read the full judgement?

FannyCann · 27/07/2022 12:19

What fantastic news. I am so happy for Allison and for women everywhere who can expect more protection as a result of this case. 🍾🍾🍾⭐️⭐️⭐️🎉🎉🎉

CompleteGinasaur · 27/07/2022 12:19

And those likes and retweets are going round like pinball counters! Sunlight!!

Phobiaphobic · 27/07/2022 12:19

Trying to assess just how much this is a victory. It sounds good, but I'm uncertain.

PronounssheRa · 27/07/2022 12:19

Wow, so so pleased for Allison.

And the sunlight is frankly priceless

HesDeadBenYouCanStopNow · 27/07/2022 12:18

Such a relief for all women

And so much sun light

awwbiscuits · 27/07/2022 12:18

Oh my god I am so unbelievably happy for her!! What a cause to have contributed to!

WeBuiltCisCityOnSexistRoles · 27/07/2022 12:18

I feel a little bit teary for Allison, that her courage and determination has been recognised. Flowers And the solidarity on these threads.

Celebratory support biscuit, anyone? Smile

LoveTigerWiger · 27/07/2022 12:18

Thank you Allison

Mollyollydolly · 27/07/2022 12:18

Need to read it in detail. Sort of what I expected I think. The case against Stonewall harder to prove. As always it's the people they advise who end up covered in shit.

SummerLobelia · 27/07/2022 12:18

I am actually in tears.

Allison. You are amazing.

Thingybob · 27/07/2022 12:17

Not won against Stonewall but at least this has exposed their dodgy goings on

ReneBumsWombats · 27/07/2022 12:17

It's finally, finally happening!

tigertactics · 27/07/2022 12:17

Fantastic. Winning against Stonewall would have been a massive stretch so this is FANTASTIC and still does not exculpate them at all. HURRRAAAHHHHH.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 27/07/2022 12:17

And breathe.

Not crowing so much on Twitter are you now? Bring on the bantz I say. Lots and lots and lots of lovely bantz.

ControversialOpening · 27/07/2022 12:16

The ET has ordered Garden Court Chambers to pay me damages, which include aggravated damages.

I have lost my case against Stonewall, but I have succeeded in exposing Stonewall’s conduct & the enormous
& to my mind malign influence it wields in the workplace & in society more generally.

Organisations who put ‘Stonewall Law’ before Equality Law or seek to silence others from lawfully voicing their criticism of Stonewall may be acting unlawfully & will suffer the consequences, even if Stonewall does not.

My profound & heartfelt thanks to everyone of you who supported me. I did not win everything but I won enough. We did it. Thank you.

Full judgement to follow.
