No, on Instagram and the person they want to support doesn't appear to be a member.

The member who runs the account has posted on her/his/their personal account and tagged the network, so it means it appears in the network's posts. So it wasnt "officially" posted by the network but the person who runs th account should know better.

The account has long been taken over by the T in LGBT anyway. International Non-Binary Day, anyone?

I think none of us could forsee it. I just wish our ’union’ and employers would wind their necks in and remember what professionalism used to be. Fair, impartial, working for their members or staff. Whether staff have ‘gender feels’ or don’t believe in gender because it’s irrelevant. Sex is the thing that matters!

About 15 years ago, I read a story in the CSP magazine about a trans-identifying female physio.

She was very prescriptive about how other people had to address her and speak about her, and the things management and colleagues and patients had to do to avoid offending transpeople.

It just seemed like a mildly unusual lifestyle at the time. I had no inkling of what was coming!

And police are not to breach their duty of impartiality by aligning themselves with a political side by attending pride marches. As we have said should be the case with all professions and unions.

I hope the CSP are taking note. I am heartened by Sandy Peggie’s bravery and hope she comes out on top in the ongoing tribunal. Cannot believe how badly NHS Fife are handling it with the 4 times amended press statement released during the actual tribunal!

I feel exactly the same. The articles in Frontline finished me off.

What about standing with their GC members also? I don’t get why they must be so partisan and political about this. Why can’t they have a balanced view.
