I'm hoping Rowantrees will be a contributor on here! This is basically a thread to keep together stories of all the things that we have been told will never happen. Please put what the item is about as well as a link for clarity.

Man (Karen White) falsely claims to be transgender to be incarcerated in women's prision before assaulting them.

Same man threatened people that he would claim transphobia if they did not do as he said while out of prision.

Officials with the Greenville Police Department in South Carolina say 38-year-old Shawn Hallett, of Levelland, was arrested and charged with voyeurism in Greenville, SC. Police say Hallett was dressed in women's clothing, including wearing a wig and possibly lipstick, and is accused of recording at least one woman in an area convenience store bathroom. A woman told police she went into the restroom, knocked on a stall door, heard a male voice respond, but saw "female shoes" so she decided to use the adjacent stall. After a short time, the woman saw a cell phone appear under the stall wall next to her. She said she immediately left the stall and told a friend an police. Officers arrived and reviewed the contents of Hallett’s phone and identified a video of the victim. Hallett, who was wearing a wig and female clothing, was arrested and his phone seized.

If you have a link (with many, many warnings) can you add it here. To show that it's not all, as is often claimed, because people are experiencing body disphoria and want rid of their genetalia. Nothing sexual fetish about this AT ALL.

Maybe add some warnings if you do.

The Anchorage case is of particular concern; a Womens Aid group apparently assisted the complainant (who has no history or legal documentation using a female name), and the shelters lawyer is also under fire for doing his job.

Sex offender transitions in prision and is on the sex offenders register as Crystal. Suspected by some to have transitioned in order to hide past.

Prison reformer Frances Crook said that she was worried that ‘some men with a history of extreme violence and sexual violence against women have found a new way of exercising aggression towards women’

Ms Crook, executive director of the Howard League for Penal Reform, added: ‘These men are not transitioning because they like women and want to be a woman, but in order to exert a new kind of control and dominance over women, a sort of infiltration.

‘Moreover, the process is inherently discriminatory. A woman identifying as a man could not be transferred to a man’s jail because placing a person with female attributes into a prison to live with 1,000 men, all using communal showers and living areas, would put them in serious danger.’
