Doctor (promoted by Mermaids) ran illegal clinic enable children as young as twelve and adults to access hormone treatment with minimal investigation as to if gender disphoria is genuine in the patient and against watch and wait guidelines.

So if some males will go to the NHS and through formal treatment procedures just for this end, they definitely, definitely will use self iD.

Horrific but sadly not a surprise.

Evidencing that an unspecified *number of male trans identifying paedophiles (out of 39 males) approached NHS gender transition services in Oxford between 2004 and 2009 in order to gain better intimate access to children. The study was put online in Jan 2018 I think.

The study says reasons that they were not referred for further NHS gender reassignement services included not being ready and...

"seeking gender reassignment to facilitate or normalise paedophilia. This latter small group described gender reassignment as a
means by which to increase their intimate contact with children, which they viewed to be more socially acceptable in a female role."

So it DEFINITELY DOES HAPPEN

We've talked a lot about groups of women whose religion requires modest dress being excluded from various places if "single sex" is replaced. Examples like that are especially pertinent because they illustrate the key argument - that we're not suggesting all transwomen are predators, rather that self-id and its accompanying (and preceding) actions open the door nice and wide to the predators.
