So exactly 4 weeks ago today I had a positive pregnancy test which turned out to be a chemical literally started spotting sane day then heavy 2 days later. Fast forward to today I took 2 home pregnancy tests. Both faint lines I think. I am terrified to take a digital and to book maternity appointments incase I miscarry again. I just needed to let that off my chest. Mt fiance isn't trusting the faint line he says I will get my period. I think he is just trying to protect himself

Hi OP, maybe just wait a few days before taking a digital, or another test? The digital might not be reliable so early on, and it's always nice to see a darker line if you do another normal test. After 48 hours the line should be darker and might help put your mind at ease.

Yeah I will try hold off until Friday/Saturday morning. I just don't know if my eyes are deceiving me or not. With the chemical it all happened so quickly and with it only being 4 weeks ago aswell I'm a mess!

Congratulations OP. I found out I was pregnant 4 weeks after a chemical and all went well and my daughter is now two! I was so nervous thinking it wouldn't stick but all went well. I'm pregnant now with my second and was again convinced something might go wrong early on again but now 24 weeks and all been Ok so far. I know it's such a nervous time but take each day as it comes. Good luck x

PLEASE HELP**

So I found out I was pregnant on the 22nd February with a positive frer test, I worked out I’d be about 4/5 weeks. I then had really slow progression and didn’t get past 1-2 weeks on clear blue and had heavy cramps but no bleed. I went to the doctors and they sent me for an early scan on 1st March, they didn’t see any pregnancy but said “looks like you’ve ovulated again”?! I didn’t know you could ovulate still pregnant or so close to having a chemical pregnancy!?. I then was monitored and my hcg dropped from 128 to 52, they confirmed the pregnancy was not viable (devastated), I had a miscarriage in October 2022 too so it was a double blow.

I still haven’t bled and me and my partner realised we’d been having regular sex even on the day I had the scan where they told me I was ovulating.

My question is, can I get pregnant without bleeding or expelling the chemical pregnancy? Someone please help, I’m so hopeful I may be able to but I can’t find any answers online.
