Hm I see what you mean, there’s a shadow there. The digitals definitely take longer to go positive though, you’ll get a stronger line I imagine first before it’d turn

In CD 22. Tested yesterday and obviously nothing but could help it! I was feeling more awareness in my lower stomach / uterus, so convinced myself I’m pregnant. However today I feel more general stomach ache like regular period pain. I hate the TWW. :(

I know the science behind it as I do a lot of fertility work but I’ve previously had positives at 8DPO with my chemical and my son. I feel very different to when I was pregnant with my son. I’m pretty sure it’s not happened this month but thanks for trying to cheer me up haha.

We’ve decided to book a holiday for March if my period comes in a few days as the max I would be is 25 weeks so might as well get one last one in before my son turns 2. We took him to 9 countries over Mat leave and then stopped travelling as we started TTC and stayed in the U.K. so we’ll book somewhere so we have something to look forward to.

This month is waving goodbye to 2 under 2 so a huge one for me. I had really wanted an 18 month gap. It’s my birthday this month and I hoped I’d be 20+ weeks and instead I’ll be 0

I'm 37 so will be at least 38 when giving birth (if we manage to get pregnant), I had my first at 35.

Just retested this afternoon and I think this might actually be positive! Will wait and see if it darkens tomorrow before I get too excited.

Omg thats positive!! But I get you don’t wanna get too excited yet if it’s faint. I actually think that would make a early digital positive as well, because it is darker than my line and I just got a positive digi 💘💘💘

Ladies would someone mind giving an opinion on this please?? Could it be a surge or am I just looking too far into it. It’s only an 0.90 on Premom. I don’t ovulate and starting IVF shortly for that reason but I don’t know what to think of this?

That’s definitely an lh surge, but doesn’t confirm youll ovulate (your body might try and fail). The only way to confirm the lh triggered your body into ovulating is checking your temps for a few days after or checking your progesterone with a blood test.

still, try anyway! Heard of a lot of people suddenly conceiving right before ivf.

thank you replying ❤️ I get a CD21 blood test every cycle so time will tell!! On my previous anovulatory cycles I’ve never had a surge after testing twice a day so fingers crossed 😊

Honestly nothing especially different. Although I have had a little less stress work-wise so I wonder if that has had an impact. Thank you ❤️

@Vimto1991 I'm 36 too, I know what you mean about it being daunting going back to baby days (also tbh I'm feeling scared about maybe we've left it too late, but fingers crossed that's not the case!)

@HelloDarknessmyoldfrenemy how's things going with you? Have you been temping or anything to confirm if your surge resulted in ovulation?

@LavenderSweetPea ahh best of luck to you, how old is your little one (or maybe they’re not so little?) 36 is definitely not too late, most of the friends I’ve made with young children are 35+ plus!

I’m 6dpo and after obsessing from about 3dpo last month, I vowed to put it out of my head. Was doing well until I had a spot of blood yesterday then crazy amount of milky discharge earlier (mixed with what felt like EWCM when wiping?!) so obviously I’ll think about nothing else now for the next 6 days 😂

ah, I’m another one TTC number 2 cycle 1! I’m going to do the SMEP method as that seemed to work first time round. And then got it on when my fertility monitor said high (it never said peak so we were exhausted). Naively hoping it happens this first month 🙏only CD3 for me though!

I prefer the TWW over the wait to ovulation as I worry it will never happen!
