I think she is funny and sassy and doesn't take herself too seriously. Her dude looks like a lady piece on IACeleb showed her humor.
However tonight she said that it's hard work becoming a women as there is so much more work (James called it women admin) and that she needs to get up an hour earlier now she is a women and can't just shower and go.
Why does this make you a woman. I wash and go, I don't have manicures nor do I wear make up, I do not get up early to get ready but I'm equally a woman. Why should woman equal groomed?

Because you ARE woman, with or without makeup.

Caitlin can only PRETEND to be a woman, and only by doing the whole hair, make up, dress and heels thing.

I'm quite liking her too, to my surprise. She seems very team spirited and encouraging towards everyone else, and is witty. I expected to roll my eyes a lot but I have never watched any Kardashian stuff so only knew her by reputation.

BolloxtoGender but I'm not sure, she is definitely more gorgeous than me and her figure is amazing. I'm certain if she washed and went she'd look better than me, its the thought that being groomed =woman that is uncomfortable to me.

I think she’s been great

And lots of women do spend a lot of time grooming. On average, much much more than men

Being groomed = woman ?

Says who?

Yeah I saw that convo about how much harder it is to be a woman because of all the 'admin' and was rolling my eyes. Caitlyn has no idea what it is to be a woman.

However, I do think general Caitlyn comes across well, is charismatic and funny. I always quite liked Bruce on the Kardashians though so.....

After all these years, I'm still womaning wrong. Apparently.

I think you're over thinking it. She was talking about her. Not you. Not women in general. Every single person who hasn't lived under a rock knows full well that some women get up and go, others don't.

Nice try at trying to be controversial though. Hmm

Pandas don't need to do anything to look like pandas, but when I want to go out looking like a panda I've a fair bit of work to do first.

So someone more gorgeous, more feminine and more groomed is more ‘woman’ than me?

I've never watched the Kardashians. Should I?

Because you're comparing your "woman" to her "woman". Not all women are the same, some take hours getting ready, others don't. She is being the type of women who does, she is being a woman not all women. The type of woman who takes an hour longer to get ready than a wash and go type of man. 🤷‍♀️

There are men who spend ages on beard sculpting, moisturising, back sack etc - and men who roll out of bed squirt some deodorant on and off they go. Grooming isn't exclusive to women.

I think she just likes all that stuff, it was what she used to do as a man to make herself feel feminine and now she can do it all openly. She's just making it sound like a chore.

You sound a bit desperate to prove a point on flimsy evidence OP

Her comment will have made sense to many women

That's Jenner's entire definition of what a woman is. Which is offensive nonsense. But why it's uncomfortable to hear.

It’s hardly groundbreaking to say that women groom more than men

I wash and go.

But lots of women are like her. I had a flat mate at uni who wouldn't even leave her bedroom without a full face of make up on.

I see women in the gym apply a full thick face of make up before exercising.

I think it's a matter of self confidence rather than being a woman.

How does saying "I'm a women who does lots of prep" equate to "you are not a woman if you don't do lots of prep"?
