This just up on socials from Jo:

"Regular viewers to "The Jo R'rith Show" will know I suffer a great deal from anxiety attacks, and PTSD from events that began in 2015. Viewers are probably also familiar with my status as a trans woman in Britain, a country that in that time has become increasingly transphobic and bigoted.

Y'all may also be familiar with my costuming/cosplaying/fancy dress or whatever you want to call it, particularly my Uruk-Hai Orc costume. But what you may not realise is that they all intersect - I have anxiety attacks because I am a trans woman in a country that is abusive towards trans people and is trying to segregate us from the rest of the population. I travel to and from events where I wear my costumes, risking transphobic abuse and hatred for being trans. Only when Im in my costume do I get any respite from the fear and anxiety, basically because I'm unrecognisable beneath said costume, and because no one feels confident enough to have a go at the intimidating Uruk-Hai General wearing armour standing before them.

But my anxiety is strong, sometimes overpowering, and that's before the new EHRC guidance on how to be a bigoted cockwomble towards trans people, is included. You see I, like a great many trans people; know my rights and the law. I know that I haven't been banned from female toilets or changing spaces, but I also know that you, Joe Public, don't know that; because you've been fed a shit tonne of lies by the Press, and by TERFs telling you different, and Im sure that, if they find this post; some TERF cockwomble will erroneously claim that it is against the law, but they're lying So that means every time I use a public space, say the female toilets at a services or the like, then I run the risk of encountering someone who thinks I shouldnt be there, and so anxiety, panic and my PTSD."

My eyes!

Jo the Orc's insta account shows marmite spread on the top of a shop bought Xmas mince pie. The depravity knows no bounds.

(said as a marmite lover but........ some things are just too much)

Edited

Shop bought?!
The depravity knows no bounds
🤣

I have so many questions about the Orc suits. Starting with Who? And Why? And what % trans people? And how is this not triggering dysphoria with the cod piece/flap thingy?

ETA and why choose an Orc when they've got such male pattern appearance and behaviour - if that’s the sort of thing the person’s trying to escape from? So many questions…

Koleev · 18/08/2026 07:54

Meh. He can use the men's like all the other men.

Ooh, I know, it's a houseshare gone wrong, and this is a row about people using up the milk and putting empty cartons back in the fridge!

An Orc Trans house share is a polycule and, from other threads, it’s obvious that this is Polycule Flouncing Season.

Anyway, back to the OP. I’ve long said that, if dressing up as the opposite sex makes you more paranoid, not less, then it is a wholesale failure as a treatment for wishing you were the opposite sex.

Yes, that is why I'm wondering. How do you know someone is trans if they are under a full Uruk-Hai costume?

Maybe his costume includes a long blonde wig and a spinny skirt?

Hahaha!

Nice one, OP, thanks. Thats hilarious.

Women dont want men in their spaces, whether they are wearing womens clothes or ... orc costumes.

Felt it was important to keep The Cult updated on everything our targets are doing and saying. Otherwise, where will the outrage come from, if it isn't manufactured for reasons known to those who are doing this but remains a mystery to The Cult?

I haven’t spotted any outrage yet though, have you? Just a lot of jokes (which I’m enjoying very much, so thanks for starting the thread and inspiring the very amusing replies).

Why are you describing a person as a 'target'? That seems a bit unhinged, mate.

No idea who this chap/orc is and really dont care. Men just need to stay out of women's spaces.

BernardBlacksMolluscs · 17/08/2026 20:22

I do know all too well that looking a bit different can garner unwanted attention

it's just possible that people are passing comment because he's going out in public dressed as a fucking orc and it's nothing to do with 'trans'

😂

All while doing a lovely girly head tilt.

So a complete nobody posts complete nonsense and you decide to make a thread about him as if he is a 'target', thereby making him a 'target' by outing him whilst he is in his little costume.

Is it you? Is this just for some attention?

It truly is bizarre.

Sadly the Equality Act is silent on Orcs and orc recognition.

What happens if a trans orc meets a real orc in the ladies? Where should he be directed?

Would it be orc-ward?

A gold lamé handbag with that orc outfit? That would be a crime against fashion!

BieresDeLaMeuse · 18/08/2026 08:50

Is he one of the guys who run the Orc Training School at Sherwood Forest? Those guys are huge! I’m struggling to believe he is the one who is scared.

GreyskySexRealistsky · 18/08/2026 08:50

"orc-ward" heh heh heh! Very good 😄

🤣 Even the other Orc impersonators would stay far away from him.

Flashback of the Gremlin in the blonde wig.

And what do we think about their claims of PTSD? Also to be mocked, do you think?

i hope he has help and support for his mental health issues but he is wrong about the law regarding single sex spaces.
His name calling of women and girls who want their right to some female spaces wont wash anymore and that clearly making him irate and angry.

The what now? I've never heard of this show and Google doesn't seem to have either. Is this some closed community thing?

RedToothBrush · 18/08/2026 09:22

"I am anxious so I knowingly wear stuff that intimidates others so they are silenced into not commenting. It makes me feel better.

And then I walk into the ladies".

TBATST · 17/08/2026 20:11

And what do we think about their claims of PTSD? Also to be mocked, do you think?

If his 'PTSD' is triggered by the anxiety that he, a man, might be confronted if he uses the women's toilets, then I'd say the solution seems pretty simple and doesn't warrant mockery.

If it's the real kind, that is. If it's the TRA version (experiencing feelings of sadness at hearing something he doesn't like) then I reserve the right to roll my eyes although the solution remains the same.

Very odd. Surely a big scary Orc costume would be a better accessory for a woman who identifies as a man? They could just wander into the Gents practically unnoticed. Well ....in some places
