I am asking ^ this because the Board of Management and teachers in the OPs school are claiming they can risk assess males who have been and are being given or will be given access to the OPs child.

I have no idea where you found a claim that I am able to spot the sex offender 100% of the time. Thirty years ago I was raped by two men who drugged me in a bar. I would say I am demonstrably very poor at identifying sex offenders.

The news that trans children were being marginally protected in school and consequently the bullying and violence is being countered somewhat so they may remain warms my heart. It seems the gender critical people have taken offence to this, which does not warm my heart.

Transition, and more specifically 'bad faith transition; would involve vastly more social interaction than visits to the toilet and change room. I have no idea what the OPs childs school is upselling.

I think evaluating how to safeguard the trans child in the context of their peers is a better approach, as they are the vulnerable party here. If their peers (and peers parents) have religious concerns or 'beliefs' then alternatives should be made for those who desire them. Painting all trans people as sex predators is hateful and should be removed from school environments.
