They are a direct result of her saying that biological sex is real and important, and that men who believe they identify as women shouldn't be in women's single sex spaces.

My point is that these aggressive and frequently violent men are not oppressed. JKR pointing out that they're not women launched a tsunami of the worst kinds of threats to her.
