There is no evidence that the shooter played Helldivers 2, but one particular poster keeps banging on about it, whereas more stories relating to trans and furry culture comes out, but that should be instantly dismissed, because there's a computer game he may not have played.

I think the fact that this thread seems to be being brigaded by TRAs and the usual anti Israel types says it all. They know the reasons behind this assassination, and its an attempt at muddying the waters/damage control.

We don't know the reasons behind the assassination, but it is likely to come from a place of hate towards Kirk.

We need to keep an open mind as to the reasoning, but dismissing certain theories out-of-hand because they don't fit a certain political viewpoint is part of the culture that led to this political murder.

In some criminal investigations political/social bias by the police has led to miscarriages or failure to prosecute. The UK's Met is a notorious example.

He's pointing out the blue-haired, septum pierced, 'be kind' brigade are revelling in Charlie Kirk's murder. How it's consistent with how they comport themselves at events organised by people that haven't capitulated to them. The hatred they send to individuals found guilty of wrong think.

As time passes and more information comes out we may find what the shooter's motive was. Right-wing, Left-wing, nihilism, or notoriety. For the most part though a proportion of the gender ideologists are tearing their mask away and what's been revealed is depressingly unsurprising.

I will concede there may be other subcultures that are also cheering. Possibly overlooked because they don't have the same profile?

That to me is the main takeaway and will possibly be the most long-lasting impact. You've got the act, and the motivations, and there's going to be a massive bunfight over those that will never be resolved, and then you've got something that's far more clear. Those who danced on Kirk's grave with the greatest of delight including those so intoxicated by their joy that they've made clear they now want more of their opponents killed. That's part of the record and can't be argued away.
