Well exactly. Someone who records sex in a children's hospital and doesn't understand what happens to those recordings perhaps isn't the brightest tool in the children's hospital.

I’m a HR Director. Nothing surprises me anymore. In the last few years my team have dealt with:
* a member of staff who came to work with no knickers on and filmed herself flashing her co-workers for her OnlyFans.

• 2 gay men (partners) who filmed themselves having sex and then shared it with multiple people in the organisation, who shared it further and further and so on until it found its way into an under-18s messages. Apparently filming themselves and sharing it is something the gay men in the org just do.
• Someone sharing the CCTV footage of some people having sex in a bush on the boundary of the property.
• A team leader sending dick pics to the new female recruits to his team.

Had three short stays in that hospital last year with a poorly child - that's absolutely disgusting.

I mean, someone could possibly have a huge lapse of judgement and a shag at work, and an even bigger lapse of judgement and somehow film it and have that footage floating around, but you'd be mortified, full of regret and apologies and desperately worried about your job, your colleagues, your service users... But no. He automatically thinks 'poor me. My privacy has been breached'

The arrogance is astonishing. Some people have clearly got so used to ‘no kink shaming’ that they think they can do whatever they like.

Normalising of very very unhealthy boundaries, with the requirement that to remove any need to take responsibility for actions or listen to their feelings of discomfort that they're doing something they know is wrong, you take the blame for looking/minding/sharing/making their actions into a problem for them. There's a lot of it about.

This is why strong social boundaries are needed. Because some people won't just be good chaps no matter how nice and kind you are. And everyone else needs to be able to go about their daily life without the bums, cocks and other inappropriate bits being waved in their faces by those with a problem. Not to mention that it will always escalate because the dragon of the next boundary to break and the next big thrill will always be chased.

Well said Frood. It's telling that this was in a Children's hospital. Just as many men enjoy breaching women's boundaries, breaching boundaries relating to children seem to be equally appealing to some - and openly fostered by too many unthinking adults.

First was early 20s, second early to mid-30s, third was in their 50s and the last in their late 20s. It’s an epidemic.

I don’t know if the location is deliberate in terms of children - apparently both people work on site (which includes adult hospital, maternity hospital and loads of other buildings) so one changing room is like another I suppose.

The fact that the NHS has already released a statement saying they've found no evidence yet; basically he's getting away with it isn't he? Him and the junior doctor involved should be sacked. This is not normal behaviour.

A children's hospital!!! My son has been treated here. FFS. Of course it's in Scotland again. Scotland the depraved, no longer Scotland the brave. How low our country has sunk. These perverts are being enabled by our crap politicians. As of 1st April this sort of stuff is only going to get worse.

Bloody hell, didn't this kind of thing used to mean immediate dismissal? What the hell has happened to society that this depravity now appears to be accepted as normal? Of all the places you expect to be able to feel safe, a hospital used to be top of the list.

When the backlash finally comes to all of this it is going to be immense.
