ickky · 16/10/2023 16:00

Started on 2nd October at Watford Employment Tribunal (Radius House, 51 Clarendon Rd, Watford WD17 1HP 01923 281750)

You may attend in person or remote viewing has been quite limited but you can request log in details from

Email [email protected]
Header should read
URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

Ask for access link and pin and please give your name and address in the email as they check when you connect to the tribunal.

The clerk will ask you (in a private remote room) to put your camera on to verify, this involves looking at you, but no ID is needed. You may turn off your camera after this pointless and unnecessary process.

Can we add I'm not an academic to the bingo card please?

ickky · 18/10/2023 10:24

There are 39 in the remote room, there were 45 the other day.

OP posts:
HarpQuartet · 18/10/2023 10:24

I count 40

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 10:24

It looks like 35 plus the court and CT's bedroom

HarpQuartet · 18/10/2023 10:24

Sorry, cross posted, not meaning to contradict!

DavidChecker · 18/10/2023 10:26

@PoshCoffee My internet died for about a minute about 15 mins ago.
What time did your fail? I had lost Bluetooth on head set

Ereshkigalangcleg · 18/10/2023 10:26

Who's going to be cited next, Hayden? Harrop?

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 10:26

It CT how can you decide whether gender critical is a fit subject for academic discourse when you keep reminding us you are not academic

MyLadyDisdainlsYetLiving · 18/10/2023 10:27

A few minutes behind but I do get a frisson when BC has to read out rude words in court. Is that wrong of me?

PoshCoffee · 18/10/2023 10:27

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 10:27

Another example of witness agreeing the sky is blue but that doesn't mean it is blue

Zeugma · 18/10/2023 10:27

I see this witness has activated the satnav and is going down 'don't know' Road and 'didn't really look' Avenue. Surely there'll be a right turn into 'I was very busy' Lane any time soon.

JoIsBraverThanIAm · 18/10/2023 10:27

Love Ben's characteristic "We-ell" (e.g., when she said she wouldn't characterise something as a message, it was feedback). This witness is not clever enough to go head to head with Ben, and would be better advised not to try.

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 10:28

BC running rings around this witness getting her to agree certain behaviour is unacceptable and then pointing out she's behaved in that way

Ereshkigalangcleg · 18/10/2023 10:28

This witness is not clever enough to go head to head with Ben, and would be better advised not to try.

Agree.

LarkLane · 18/10/2023 10:28

What was the Joss Prior connection?

CriticalCondition · 18/10/2023 10:28

CT - I'm not sure what your point is?
BC remains silent.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 18/10/2023 10:30

What was the Joss Prior connection?

A typical Joss Prior tweet made to JP was read out as an example of TRA abuse to her.

LarkLane · 18/10/2023 10:32

Thanks @Ereshkigalangcleg

Melissamelisante · 18/10/2023 10:32

Witness now saying she is not of any import re job and level.

LarkLane · 18/10/2023 10:33

I was only following orders. Add to bingo card.

Sisterpita · 18/10/2023 10:33

Yet again a witness that has not thought about it from any other perspective than their’s.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 18/10/2023 10:34

She is emblematic of the many useful idiots of the trans rights activist movement.

Sisterpita · 18/10/2023 10:35
