ickky · 16/10/2023 16:00

Started on 2nd October at Watford Employment Tribunal (Radius House, 51 Clarendon Rd, Watford WD17 1HP 01923 281750)

You may attend in person or remote viewing has been quite limited but you can request log in details from

Email [email protected]
Header should read
URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

Ask for access link and pin and please give your name and address in the email as they check when you connect to the tribunal.

The clerk will ask you (in a private remote room) to put your camera on to verify, this involves looking at you, but no ID is needed. You may turn off your camera after this pointless and unnecessary process.

I am beyond empathy with these people.

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 10:09

There's an alarm somewhere

Normcore · 18/10/2023 10:10

Are TT able to access?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 18/10/2023 10:10

It might be a spare bedroom where her desk is.

CriticalCondition · 18/10/2023 10:10

Another witness in the witness box. Are they really going to leave poor Tomlinson in close up throughout?

SerpentEndBench · 18/10/2023 10:10

To be fair covid is rampant in my area, fully expect it to be running wild everywhere atm.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 18/10/2023 10:10

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 10:09

There's an alarm somewhere

And very feedback-y.

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 10:10

@Sisterpita Justin insists the room is full so you may not get in. I don't know how the room can be full when they only have out the number of log ins they could cope with and there are still 7 people waiting to enter

SidewaysOtter · 18/10/2023 10:11

I AM IN (after some begging for any unused access links to be reallocated)!!

Sisterpita · 18/10/2023 10:12

@Chrysanthemum5 thanks I will follow on here and via TT.

CriticalCondition · 18/10/2023 10:12

Witness gone from the witness box so we are starting with Ms Tomlinson.

Slipping in sideways? Good job.

Mmmnotsure · 18/10/2023 10:12

Slipping in sideways? Good job.

We otters are known for our slideability :)

Feministwoman · 18/10/2023 10:15

I handed back my access link, as I can't use it this week (sob)
Hope one of you got it.

DavidChecker · 18/10/2023 10:15

Stanley Holloway from a while back
"Oo My word you do look ill. My word! You do look queer."

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 10:16

Good move BC to discuss why it is transphobic to blame trans people for the action of one trans person but she insists it is not discrimination to blame Jo for what CT believes are the crimes of the gender critical people

Ereshkigalangcleg · 18/10/2023 10:17

These people urgently need some new EDI training on the Equality Act and balancing the rights of different protected characteristics.

CriticalCondition · 18/10/2023 10:18

Ben's voice is much better today.

Melissamelisante · 18/10/2023 10:21

Name check for Joss Prior - they'll be no living with Joss now (there never was!)

ickky · 18/10/2023 10:22

I find it hard to believe that CT as a bisexual and someone with Trans friends (from wit statement) and being the Senior Student Advisor does not know much about the trans/gc debate.

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 10:22

I thought this witness wouldn't be missed if she couldn't appear but now she's hear I think she's quite important. Lots of waffling about how it is context specific and complicated to explain why it was ok to bully Jo

PoshCoffee · 18/10/2023 10:22

Flipping heck, my internet momentarily died so I’ve been kicked out and no doubt will be at the mercy of evil clerk Justin to be let back in

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 10:22

11 waiting in the lobby and it looks like Justin isn't letting people in

chilling19 · 18/10/2023 10:23

Not been able to get in this morning, am fuming. Was in then kicked out. Just spoke to the court and they can't do anything, can someone tell me how many are in?

chilling19 · 18/10/2023 10:23

Been waiting since 9.30
