Good move BC to discuss why it is transphobic to blame trans people for the action of one trans person but she insists it is not discrimination to blame Jo for what CT believes are the crimes of the gender critical people

These people urgently need some new EDI training on the Equality Act and balancing the rights of different protected characteristics.

I find it hard to believe that CT as a bisexual and someone with Trans friends (from wit statement) and being the Senior Student Advisor does not know much about the trans/gc debate.

I thought this witness wouldn't be missed if she couldn't appear but now she's hear I think she's quite important. Lots of waffling about how it is context specific and complicated to explain why it was ok to bully Jo
