BC: you made notes after mtg. You emailed those to DD. Would suggest you wrote those notes in the am the next day, after you'd rec'd JPs email. Possibly because you realised you'd overstepped the mark.

LM: No, might have written them the evening of the mtg

BC: Your timed notes say written am the next morning

LM: Oh ok.

Reiterates that it was about 25 to 10 when JP got to mtg. Second time she's said that exact time. Miraculous memory recall instead.

Surely it's not cricket, or very Open Justice-y for him to be so contrary about who he does and doesn't admit.

Ben has such remarkable restraint when questioning these people.

LM: Jo asked me 'what should I do, what can I do in future' ....... I suggested it might be a good idea to talk to people
BC: She was upset at what you said, she started crying

So JP wasn't crying, but LW gave her a tissue for no apparent reason?

LM v definite to say she wasn't angry. Reiterates that JP didn't give context in her WPUK talk and that is what is the problem

And this is supposed to have been a 'friendly meeting'! One that this witness wouldn't tell Jo what it was about.

He's being quite snippy in the chat with some observers. Unsurprisingly they are not called Dave, Steve or the like.

Are we allowed to suggest that certain women come over as complete cows? Which is an insult to cows.
