You may attend in person or remote viewing has been quite limited but you can request log in details from

Email [email protected]

Header should read

URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

Ask for access link and pin and please give your name and address in the email as they check when you connect to the tribunal.

The sighing rate is increasing.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/10/2023 15:38

Her voice actually wobbled when she lied just then.

Signalbox · 16/10/2023 15:38

ickky · 16/10/2023 15:34

HBC retweeted a message saying

Terfs will FOI request from your work emails and phones and you should only discuss on personal email and phones.

Wow that's damning.

And am I reading the TTs right that a WhatsApp group was deleted?

Fink · 16/10/2023 15:38

Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 15:36

BC: you retweeted this with 'terf' in it. It's harassing terfs

HBC: Not sure it's harassing. Biology is used to justify prejudice against trans people

It just gets worse and worse. Harassing people with biology now! Who'd have thought that an actual scientific fact was harassment?!

ickky · 16/10/2023 15:38

BC - did you conduct all your discussions on private network/emails and then delete them?

HBC - no

OP posts:
Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 15:38

BC: did you deliberately conduct all your correspondence c the open letter in private and then delete it. We have no disclosure of any drafting of the letter.

HBC: people were so scared. Think the drafting was hosted on google. Can't remember how it got written

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/10/2023 15:39

BC knows they wrote the letter on a private group, we know they did that and now the panel can make up their own mind

chilling19 · 16/10/2023 15:39

Now we are getting to it - no drafts of the letter because it was all done in secret 'because they were scared'. But, didn't they the go onto publish it with signatories?

ickky · 16/10/2023 15:39

HBC - people were so scared at this time.

HBC meet ropes

HBC: people were so scared. Think the drafting was hosted on google. Can't remember how it got written

How convenient.

Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 15:40

HBC: everyone who signed open letter take equal responsibility

CriticalCondition · 16/10/2023 15:41

Hbc- I don't know whose idea it was. People were talking about it everywhere. I didn't want to throw anyone under the bus.

Sisterpita · 16/10/2023 15:41

I was not under oath I was in a discussion with my employer = I lied to my employer

Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 15:41

HBC: don't know whose idea open letter ws. people were talking about it everywhere. I was delib being vague cos didn;t want to throw people under the bus.

HBC: I was involved in the drafting and the creation of the open letter

BC: who were the other colleagues

pause

chilling19 · 16/10/2023 15:42

Oooh, so who WERE those other colleagues?

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/10/2023 15:42

Oh she admits she wrote it with others and now Bc wants her to say which ones were involved

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/10/2023 15:42

HBC trying to avoid giving names

ickky · 16/10/2023 15:42

BC - you wrote the letter with colleagues? Yes

Who were they?

HBC - fuck knows

OP posts:
Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 15:43

HBC: i'd have to guess, honestly. Was involved in discussions with loads of people. Unfair to pull names out of air and say they helped draft it cos a long time ago.,

BC: suggest you have a better recollection than letting on

chilling19 · 16/10/2023 15:43

She is flailing now

CriticalCondition · 16/10/2023 15:43

HBC - I know I was involved in the drafting,I know I did the bit about the podcast.

MyLadyDisdainlsYetLiving · 16/10/2023 15:43

Can you plead the 5th at an ET? Grin

Mmmnotsure · 16/10/2023 15:43

HBC: I remember being at computer drafting letter but can't remember who else was doing it.

CriticalCondition · 16/10/2023 15:43

Really, really flailing.
