LD really needs to actually spend time in a prison in a cell next to a transwoman like Barbie Kardashian, it would really be of benefit to LD.

She's not going to say anything less waffly and it's just using up time. She has no empathy for the speech just given from Ben. What an absolute horror show LD is.

FFS even the J doesnt want to be responsible for hurty feels. A squeezed timetable but LD gets to drivel some more.

LD: Impt for panel to know that what I found difficult in WPUK talk is related to my research to t prisoners. Feelings were very high. Orgs like WPUK were set up to contest act - ideas in media at time c t prisoners not being authentic, threat to women. I found them upsetting. I..I...I...

The Judge's tone of voice was so loaded, I actually wrote that down!

LD saying she was very upset at the time that people were saying that trans prisoners were predators.
J - (slight pause) well, thank you for that.

I wonder if the other grievances were even read by the OU people involved? Considering we know that JP's grievance was not read at all by CM.

I'm not sure one could be assured that they were fairly assessed (even if read) by the people we've been hearing from so far.
