What the trans prisoners like Katie Dolatowski who attacked a 10 year old in the toilets? That those transwomen were predators?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 13/10/2023 10:54

WPUK if anyone fancies watching it in the break

FedUpWithBriiiiick · 13/10/2023 10:54

Delurking to give monumental thanks to the thread wrens providing commentary ❤️

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 10:55

BC: This is really for re-exam. I didn't put the q that the witness said I did.

And still we talk, on LD's grounds. They are letting LD arrange this around her wishes.

Is al this an eg of an inexperienced judge?

ickky · 13/10/2023 10:55

I suppose it is all helpful to the Judge to show what Jo was dealing with.

Judge just misgendered they!

OP posts:
GCITC · 13/10/2023 10:56

Ben and Judge agreeing LD hasn't understood the question that Ben asked LD.

Judge just referred to LD as she.

Judge apologies.

Cailleach1 · 13/10/2023 10:56

Has LD been given a soapbox?

ickky · 13/10/2023 10:56

BC shutting it down.

chilling19 · 13/10/2023 10:56

Ben - shuts it down! Finally

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 10:56

BC trying to move on to exam. It is 10.56.

ickky · 13/10/2023 10:56

Cailleach1 · 13/10/2023 10:56

Has LD been given a soapbox?

I think they have their own personal one.

OP posts:
GCITC · 13/10/2023 10:56

Ben saying he believes we just move on with re-examination.

LD - yes that's fine.

I don't like LD realises it's not LDs decision to make.

MyLadyDisdainlsYetLiving · 13/10/2023 10:57

I do have to wonder about how credulous LD is. She's dealing with convicted prisoners here, and while I could see that some are incredibly vulnerable, many are not. How discerning is she?

pronounsbundlebundle · 13/10/2023 10:57

I think LD probably is under the misapprehension that people don't like LD because LD is trans when actually LD is just a completely insufferable bore who acts like an entitled toddler with approximately the same level of comprehension skills. Please, please BC, end this now!

RocketPanda · 13/10/2023 10:57

LD is not listening to answer questions, LD is waiting until its time to launch into another propaganda speech. They all just love the sound of their own voices. Probably why LWS annoys them so much.

Cailleach1 · 13/10/2023 10:57

GCITC · 13/10/2023 10:56

Ben and Judge agreeing LD hasn't understood the question that Ben asked LD.

Judge just referred to LD as she.

Judge apologies.

Judge also referred to Dr Boukli as she. Reality, eh?

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 10:59

LD appears to 'author' emails, rather than write them. Nuff said .

MrsDoylesCake · 13/10/2023 11:00

Someone let the judge know about mumsnet. I have a feeling she’s recently self identified as gender critical

SaffronSpice · 13/10/2023 11:01

Why does LD think trans prisoners are in prison? Half of them are there for sexual offences. What is her definition of a predator is a rapist isn’t one?

RocketPanda · 13/10/2023 11:01

So much self absorption, should identify as Spongebob

LarkLane · 13/10/2023 11:01

@Ereshkigalangcleg I watched it last night -thanks so much for posting it.

It was excellent, clear, addressed the " issues " . Jo is generous about trans people in it, but absolutely clear why their issues are separate from Womens Rights.

RoyalCorgi · 13/10/2023 10:44

I've lost track a bit - how many OU witnesses have been called so far? It's going to take a while to get through 18 or 19 witnesses.

I think LD is the 5th witness.

We've had PB, IF, MW and CM.

FigRollsAlly · 13/10/2023 11:03

Thanks everyone, as ever, for the commentary. I’m reading this open mouthed at the antics of LD and feeling so sorry for Ben and Jo, it must be such a strain to be under time pressure in what is already an emotionally charged atmosphere.

LargeSquareRock · 13/10/2023 11:03

MyLadyDisdainlsYetLiving · 13/10/2023 10:57

The type who falls in love with a prisoner and smuggles in a key. Possibly.

ickky · 13/10/2023 11:03

LD didn't think the EDI Newsletter all about Trans (excluding gay lesbian etc) was controversial.

Of course they didn't, they are fully in the trans bubble.
