You may attend in person or remote viewing has been quite limited but you can request log in details from

Email [email protected]

Header should read

URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

Not in my experience. I’ve previously changed phones and retained my messages

if you changed numbers too I suppose it could happen

I did lose all my WhatsApp messages when changing phone and also SIM card and number. I was using old tech and the cheapest PAYG.

However, if I move my WhatsApp account back to the old phone, they are all still there. 💫

ickky · 13/10/2023 12:11

Back to hear no evil, see no evil on twitter nastiness about the GC network.

Ah yes. I find the best way to encourage diversity and inclusion is to prevent debate, and eradicate all people with thoughts that don’t comply with a single specific world view.

Spot on - gender ideology in a nutshell

Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 12:12

I think JM just really wants this witness to be finished it's torture

Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 12:12

And now BC is taking LD through the things she said in tweets

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:13

LD retweeting Sally Hines

pronounsbundlebundle · 13/10/2023 12:13

Still so arrogant, and yet so very, very dim.

Froodwithatowel · 13/10/2023 12:13

I would love for a court to pin down that 'inclusive' does not mean 'TRA ideology compliant' in actual law and reality.

Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 12:13

Do we have 'I was emotional and didn't think things through' on the bingo card

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 12:13

There is no way this woman thinks she has done anything wrong. She simply won't look. She is secure in her own cloud of righteousness. And I have given up bothering pandering to her self ID and demanded pronouns.

pronounsbundlebundle · 13/10/2023 12:13

'panicking' is not an excuse.

Many men say that they were 'panicking' about X, Y or Z when they kill their wives.

maltravers · 13/10/2023 12:14

She was sh@t stirring to try to get someone she disagreed with picked on and cancelled by the mob. She didn’t expect to be held accountable for it. She’s aggrieved that’s happening now as she is scared caste so it shouldn’t happen to her/they. In a nutshell.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 13/10/2023 12:15

Do we have 'I was emotional and didn't think things through' on the bingo card

"I drove into a bin"

pronounsbundlebundle · 13/10/2023 12:15

We need 'it's regrettable' (in a tone of voice which means you definitely aren't sorry at all) on the bingo card.

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:15

LD - I was very emotional and I was panicking. I didn't understand it (the Forstater judgment).

chilling19 · 13/10/2023 12:16

LD on the ropes now

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 12:16

BC leads her to a particularly nasty retweet.

LD for once agrees that this isn't good. Regrettable. But then says the embedded tweet isn't what I meant to focus on. 'It wasn't that big when I retweeted it.'

LD: is something I wish I hadn't done.

pronounsbundlebundle · 13/10/2023 12:17

Gosh this female was unpleasant to Jo.

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 12:17

Ben going through a number of tweets. Inc labelling GCRN as transphobic.

LD: I'm not a namecaller

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:18

LD - I'm not namecalling. I'm not a namecaller.

SidewaysOtter · 13/10/2023 12:18

Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 12:06

@SidewaysOtter are you asking for access or do you have the code but can't get in?

I’m asking for access.

ickky · 13/10/2023 12:18

LD I am not a name caller - said 2 minutes after reading out her tweet calling Jo a Terf!

OP posts:
pronounsbundlebundle · 13/10/2023 12:18

You might not identify as a name-caller, doesn't mean you're not a name caller in actual fact.

IcakethereforeIam · 13/10/2023 12:18

What was the retweet?

Thanks everyone for the posts btw.

GCITC · 13/10/2023 12:18

I wonder how many GC perspectives LD retweeted???
