BC - if this is what you want to achieve (objectives 2 and 3) why not write your own letter? This letter's primary obj is that OU should withdraw support from the GCRN.

Ah yes. I find the best way to encourage diversity and inclusion is to prevent debate, and eradicate all people with thoughts that don’t comply with a single specific world view.

So LD was part of the group asking for OU to remove all platforms from the network but that was not about removing support

LD - it doesn't say deplatform..

LD: Letter is trying to make the workplace a more inclusive place.

Why do I feel LD is the sort of person who hasn’t been held to account for their actions very often

While I would absolutely love to hear BC properly examine the whole beliefs of someone like LD:

• It will never happen in court - they can't devote the necessary time, and most of the content wouldn't be relevant to any given case.
• If we set up a conference type event in which it could happen, I can't imagine anyone on that side agreeing to be examined.
• It wouldn't be fair on poor Ben. He really needs a month or 6 in one of those Edwardian convalescent spas (possibly in the Swiss Alps), not more of this shit.

BC repeatedly trying to get LD to accept what the open letter was aiming to do. What was the point of writing the letter if she thought it would have no impact? Does she think everyone else is incapable of following logic?
