URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

If you change phones are messages lost completely? Could you get them back from what's app?

Theeyeballsinthesky · 13/10/2023 12:02

I hardly know what to say about this witness 😳

what an utter nightmare they must be to work with & manage

and frankly if their memory is as poor as they claim, they should probably book a doctors appointment!

MrsDoylesCake · 13/10/2023 11:59

Someone should really research the link between amnesia and belief in GI. It’s an exciting new area of research with an unexpectedly large body of evidence from these court cases.

Tramsnesia.

Not to be confused with forgetting what tram to take into Manchester city centre.

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 12:03

LD: Shock of public launch of GCRN with no warning. How nasty that side of things can be - a concern that the OU would be siding with a v controversial debate

[Did we have feelings on the bingo card?]

If you change phones are messages lost completely? Could you get them back from what's app?

Not in my experience. I’ve previously changed phones and retained my messages

if you changed numbers too I suppose it could happen

SidewaysOtter · 13/10/2023 12:03

Just catching up (this thread moves faster than I can read!) and poor Ben. I hope he's got a cracker of a holiday lined up after this. I'd need a month on a Maldives sunlounger with strong cocktails on tap to get over this level of weapons-grade fuckwittery.

Is "suck lady dick" the new "lesbian's knickers" (which featured heavily in Allison's case, I think)?

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:03

BC - if this is what you want to achieve (objectives 2 and 3) why not write your own letter? This letter's primary obj is that OU should withdraw support from the GCRN.

ickky · 13/10/2023 12:04

modicum of intelligence 😂😂😂

OP posts:
Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 12:04

BC: That's not a true answer is it, Dr D. If you read this letter before you signed it with a modicum of intelligence you couldn't think that was what it said.

GCITC · 13/10/2023 12:04

ickky · 13/10/2023 12:04

modicum of intelligence 😂😂😂

Actually laughed out loud at this

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:05

BC- you are not owning your own actions, are you?

Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 12:05

I think BC is just going for it now

SidewaysOtter · 13/10/2023 12:05

Oh, and I've emailed Watford three times now about access. No response at all. Is it worth ringing?

MrsDoylesCake · 13/10/2023 12:05

Ah yes. I find the best way to encourage diversity and inclusion is to prevent debate, and eradicate all people with thoughts that don’t comply with a single specific world view.

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 12:06

Ben has really had enough now.

BC: I can take this quickly now if that's what you're going to keep telling me.

Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 12:06

So LD was part of the group asking for OU to remove all platforms from the network but that was not about removing support

Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 12:06

@SidewaysOtter are you asking for access or do you have the code but can't get in?

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:07

BC - you've set it up so as many people as possible could sign this to deplatform the GCRN
LD - it doesn't say deplatform..

Mmmnotsure · 13/10/2023 12:07

LD: Letter is trying to make the workplace a more inclusive place.

[can she hear herself?]

Theeyeballsinthesky · 13/10/2023 12:08

Why do I feel LD is the sort of person who hasn’t been held to account for their actions very often

BinturongsSmellOfPopcorn · 13/10/2023 12:08

While I would absolutely love to hear BC properly examine the whole beliefs of someone like LD:

  • It will never happen in court - they can't devote the necessary time, and most of the content wouldn't be relevant to any given case.
  • If we set up a conference type event in which it could happen, I can't imagine anyone on that side agreeing to be examined.
  • It wouldn't be fair on poor Ben. He really needs a month or 6 in one of those Edwardian convalescent spas (possibly in the Swiss Alps), not more of this shit.
ickky · 13/10/2023 12:10

BC Of course it was said in a voice that is explaining something simple to a dim child.

OP posts:
Chrysanthemum5 · 13/10/2023 12:10

BC repeatedly trying to get LD to accept what the open letter was aiming to do. What was the point of writing the letter if she thought it would have no impact? Does she think everyone else is incapable of following logic?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 13/10/2023 12:10

What a spiteful little mare, she is. Telling tales to the teacher...

CriticalCondition · 13/10/2023 12:11

LD - I think if GCRN had lost OU support they would have done research anyway
BC - not my question
