What's the most stupid centring of men you've seen on national women's day. This particularly annoyed me as it is literally centering men with both the messaging and the framing of the male individual.

I haven't got the guts to tell the person that posted it on social media they're an idiot, so will have to content myself with venting here.

It's particularly depressing because she's a bloody teacher and supposedly an intelligent person.

I follow a business run by two women on FB and Insta who make handmade underwear.

They ran an event last year for IWD where they raffled some things they had made to raise money for a charity that helps women with obstetric fistula.

Someone complained on her page that it was very "cis centric". I shit you not.

The business owner handled it quite gracefully without actually agreeing or apologising but honestly, who complains about a charity that helps women with catastrophic birth injuries being too "cis centric" ???
