What's the most stupid centring of men you've seen on national women's day. This particularly annoyed me as it is literally centering men with both the messaging and the framing of the male individual.

I haven't got the guts to tell the person that posted it on social media they're an idiot, so will have to content myself with venting here.

It's particularly depressing because she's a bloody teacher and supposedly an intelligent person.

One of my ex colleagues and LinkedIn contacts (a woman) posted something about IWD being lovely and all, but behind every successful woman stood a supportive grandfather, brother, husband etc and they deserved recognition.

DH works for a foreign international company and the top of the top HR woman hosted a Zoom for IWD. The keynote speaker who had a stellar career and broke glass ceilings...... revealed themself to be a TW. Though according to DH a reveal was not necessary.
