The presiding judge is a woman. I can't find any reason that she won't be impartial. I'd love to be in that courtroom.

Also, the victim here is a woman who's entire luggage was stolen and used by someone who gets sexual pleasure from it. I'm sure she feels absolutely disgusted by this violation. I hope the judge considers this.

When he appeared in court before he was dressed in a very sober, traditional grey suit. I guess it's whether he'll utilise well-connected male privilege or if he'll go for the trans get out of jail free card.
