I thought we weren’t allowed sexual orientation now biological sex is a feeling and not binary? It’s quite confusing.

MoirasSaggyBundles · 21/11/2022 22:37

I wish she had asked for specific details/a description of the allegation and details of the complainant.

Let’s face it if they had any evidence of a crime they’d have already arrested her. Voluntary interviews are all about getting someone to drop themselves in it.

Signalbox · 21/11/2022 22:46

Sorry MoiraSaggyBundles I didn’t mean to quote you there.

FemaleAndLearning · 21/11/2022 22:47

She did say men can't be lesbians. Which is the truth but maybe someone thinks it is a gotcha. It would be fab if it was that. Can you imagine the CPS trying to find evidence that men can be lesbians. Very excited for the next installment.

I bet Wiltshire police are non pleased. How long will Brighton police give to her to come down before they send Wiltshire out?

The clip is being shared widely in twitter too!

endofthelinefinally · 21/11/2022 22:49

Wiltshire police are probably still recovering from making fools of themselves over the visit warning her about being untoward about paedophiles.
I doubt they want to be dragged into this.

But presumably the people potentially offended by that comment believe they’re women and therefore it doesn’t apply to them?

SapphosRock · 21/11/2022 22:54

Let's face it, PP is not the first women TRAs have maliciously reported to the police for hate crime. In fact she's approximately the 4,000th this year.

Boiledbeetle · 21/11/2022 22:55

Whilst its a bit shit for KJK to have to keep going this this rubbish, is this going to be another case of the other side doing the work for us in persuading people to come over to our sensible, based in science, not bigoted, not homophobic, not racist, not transphobic dark side?

I know she's not every bodies cup of tea but from the footage people have seen, and obviously they won't have seen or heard every single word she said whilst there, was there anything particularly hate crimey in what she was saying?

DogsAkimbo · 21/11/2022 23:01

It’s a shame using TERF as a slur isn’t receiving the same attention from the police. It’s bandied about with abandon by people who think they’re virtue signaling, while making people genuinely concerned for women and children, feel like shit. Some people’s feelings matter more than others… However I’d rather police actually focus on attacks and rapes so scratch that.

I’ve responded on the other thread.

Thank you.

Why are they calling the allegation a hate crime and not a non crime hate incident?

RoseslnTheHospital · 21/11/2022 23:07

Because they're investigating a public order offence, not a non crime hate incident. The specific quote mentioned is about using threatening words of behaviours with the intent to incite hatred against people with a specific sexual orientation. The definition of threatening is beyond anything abusive or insulting, and it has to be intentional to incite hate. I cannot see how the police will find any evidence for that.

Presumably 4000 people haven't been interviewed by the Police though?

SnapeAlways · 21/11/2022 23:12

I’m just so sick of this shite.

We want you to spend your money travelling to Brighton to see if you incriminate yourself and give us some grounds to charge you.

What I have learned is that the police will do anything for an easy life and it’s a very low bar to arrest. They are only interviewing her in order to appease a very vocal complainant, not realising that this is one of those cases that they would have been much better NFA-ing.

The police are just not fit for purpose and every single piece of legislation regarding speech should be repealed. We were warned this would happen and ordinary people would be criminalised but assured by politicians it would only be used in the most serious of cases.

MoirasSaggyBundles · 21/11/2022 23:12

GC people say men can't be lesbians. Because of biological reality.
TRAs also say men can't be lesbians, because they refuse to acknowledge/accept that those men who claim to be lesbians are in fact men. They claim they are women.
Transwomen who are sexually attracted to women and say they are lesbian don't accept that they are men, so should not be offended by a statement that men are not lesbians.
Transmen don't claim to be lesbians if they are sexually attracted to women. They claim to be heterosexual men. If they are attracted to men, they claim they are gay,
So exactly whom amongst TRAs is offended by the statement that men can't be lesbians? And if they are offended, surely that's driving a horse and cart through their own belief system.

Thelnebriati · 21/11/2022 23:19

@RoseslnTheHospital Thank you, your explanation makes more sense than the allegation.

Dontaskdontget · 21/11/2022 23:22

Ugh I do feel sorry for the policewoman who joined up to make the streets safer and who has been told by her (male?) seniors she has to do this type of thing instead.

Where will it all end.

Oh yeah. Dystopia.

Rightsraptor · 21/11/2022 23:29

When I took at look at KJ's You Tube, it stated quite clearly that she has no intention of going to Brighton.

Nor should she. Bloody ridiculous.

I believe so. I was at Cardiff Let Women Speak and most of the onlookers thought the activists were wrong and that they should let women speak. A young man caught a bit of my conversation with some of the public ran back to me and started yelling aggressively that I was a xenophobe and I just hate trans people etc. The people with me were taken aback by him. I tried to calmly talk to him and told him in a low soft voice that I don't hate trans people but he was so angry he looked like he would explode and had nothing to say and stormed off. The public were watching. What the public saw was an angry aggressive man yelling at a woman who was in mid conversation with a family. The more the public see who they are the better. But also they were not that aware of our fight either so we have to be better at starting the conversation!

Interesting. So they'll arrest her?

I almost feel sorry for them.

The headlines, oh the headlines....

And yet you are here. Talking about her. Wishing her arrested. If she's so insignificant, why you are all obsessed with her?

Lord. The way this is going she won't need anyone to turn up. TRAs are doing all the publicity she ever needs.

i've never seen such spectacular foot shooting in all my life. It's never ending.

catandcoffee · 21/11/2022 23:52

So much respect for the great Kellie.

I thought all this intimidating stuff from the so called Police had stopped.
