I do feel that I need to speak in the PC’s defence, note not the police’s defence.
I guarantee that that allegation will have come in and that poor officer will have to interview her, no matter how spurious the allegation, no matter how tenuous the evidence. She may even agree with what KJK says but she DOESN’T HAVE A CHOICE.
If she goes to her sgt and questions it she will be pointed to the appalling written legislation which is all about how hate crime is about how the person reporting it ‘perceives’ the actions, even if the actions aren’t directed at them.
