I have to admit that despite being on the tinterwebs since 1998, i'd never heard of KF, i thought it was a game akin to farmville on FB or something, lol and i thought i knew my way round but apparently not. Oh well!
I am intrigued however and would like a stroll around it's fields and meadows at some point, is there an easy guide to finding it in its present location by any chance please, including using tor?

kiwifarms is on the darknet now because they can't find any host on the clearnet because it's a violent hate website that tries to get transpeople to commit suicide.

The darknet is also where pedos go to access cp to try to hide from the law.

Visit your local police station and tell them you're transphobic and looking for a hate website that stalks transpeople. Maybe they can help you out.

It's not a violent hatesite, and the trans people getting shit on are there for the same reasons the conservative media goons, egirls, and furries are-- for being reprobates whose actions need to be exposed. They out people who don't want their behavior to be exposed, including pedos and animal abusers. You don't get put there for being a good person, unless you mean cows known just for being extraordinarily eccentric and fun to watch, who hardly have an adversarial relationship there.

Contacting them or negatively effecting them in any way is a bannable offense, but some idiot edgelords who aren't familiar with the culture might think it's cool and make a few posts before getting mocked and banned. @MerlinsLostMarbles I was a transperson on that site since 2015, people knew I was, I knew others who were, and we were fine. If we got ours balls busted, it was either in good fun by people who could take it as well as dish it out, or morons who wandered in from the designated untethered political ranting Thunderdome section. I met many people irl, stayed with some, went on trips with some. Stalked the internet for screenshots of bad people with them, laughed at Kay's Cooking during weekly media nights, and when my "queer family" abandoned me for having questions, for daring to come out about being hurt by a tw, the people there who'd accepted me (even if not my gender id) were the ones who were kind without politicizing it. You haven't seen the archives there, the fucking proof of wrongdoing by the people spoon-feeding you this.

The best way to find out and get new info if the site goes down again is to get Telegram app. Then search for "Kiwi Farms" in the Chat search bar (just that, not Kiwi Farms Chat). You don't have to join the Channel to read updates.

When you get to the site in a Tor browser you don't need to join in order to browse. There are some things that can only be seen if you are logged in but most of the site is public.

Probably the best way to get a feel for how the forum works is to search for the name of someone who you think the Farmers might be interested in and start reading that thread.

One of the few people to post there in her own name is Caroline Farrow. She found that there was a thread about her and that she was accused of posting on it anonymously, so she made an account in her real name to be totally transparent.

The Exulansic thread is interesting as a study in changing attitudes as time progresses as well as input from some members who have specialist knowledge.

Evidence that the person freely shared on the internet themselves! They tell the world about their weird fetishes, am holes, and consent accidents. If you’re going to be a lol cow online, people are going to discuss it.

So if you're going off just this thread for your impression of KiwiFarms you'll only get a partial impression of it. It has something like a 100,000+ registered users and Null alone knows how many non-logged in visitors. So it's a very broad site that covers a lot of topics, far from only the trans movement. That just gets raised most prominently because it's some trans people who have tried very hard to get it shut down and because it's the biggest area of overlap with Mumsnet Feminism topics of concern.

But you'll find everything on there, racists of every colour. Did you ever see that old Chris Rock sketch 'Black people vs. '. It's on YouTube. Some of KF attitudes are like that. Other posters you'll find literal unironic Nazis. But you'll also find better take downs of their arguments than any academic paper. It's a moshpit. Mockery goes in all directions. The language will rightly alarm most normal people of today. Black people are called the N word. Irish people are called "Potato N words" and Russians "Vodka N words". Americans are known as Burgers and Brits are called Bongs and live in Bongland. I'd like to think that's a reference to Big Ben but I'm not holding out hope. You can be gay on there, you can be Chinese on there, you can be trans on there. What you can't be is someone who takes themselves super seriously. Null rules over the place like a busy dictator. If you threaten the site with your posts or actions, if you break the cardinal rule of directly interfering with one of the Lolcows, or if you just stir up enough of a shitstorm that the noise disturbs him, he'll appear and ban people or pull some King Soloman action like cutting the Ukraine war thread in two. But other than that, it's a kind of survivor of the old Wild West days of the Web.

Obviously from the way I write I'm admitting to reading it. To me the most interesting parts are in The Autistic Thunderdome section. Threads like "Conspiracy Theories You Believe In..." are a mine of informed debate. I found an obscure and detailed article on the origins of "Two Spirit" term in (the 2S you find in LGBTQ2S in Canada and some other places) which was excellent for example. And no joking, the Wuhan Coronavirus Thread 1/2 comprise the single best documentation and account of the Covid saga there is. For real - detailed science, political events, shifting viewpoints as more information comes out, arguments from all sides. The farms is kind of the last big island in the rising flood of censorship where animals of all kinds flee to because there's nowhere else.

Anyway, this has been a very long way to say "brace yourself" if you're going there. It's a shame our posts will be deleted from MN if we provide an actual link but it's easy enough to find and you don't have to painstakingly type in the Onion URL from that screenshot above. If you just go to the normal KiwiFarms website (note, Google wont include it in Search results) then there's now a static page with "Access the site" as an option and if you click on it will show you the onion URL to copy / paste. You just need either Brave browser in TOR mode, or simpler still just install the TOR browser on your computer or phone. Should work.

It is FAR from landOF/Merlins/Marg's delusion of being a site set up with the intention of harassing transgender people, or whatever the line was (very similar to the line in that Parliament video, huh?) What kind of overinflated ego do these people who think that have?
I - for one - have been a regular user of the farms for years and have never taken part in a thread about a transgender person.

One should always take with considerable skepticism anything that the transactivists claim. Whether it's their delusive definitions of words like "woman" or "female", their outlandish claims of genocide, their hyperbolic smears against their critics, or anything else really. They are willing to distort the truth and outright lie about anything and everything.

KF is full of people I have nothing in common with. People whose politics and views are very far from my own. There are parts I have no wish to visit. I did see a post describing the 'beauty parlor' section as something like 'a weird corner of the internet inhabited by terminally online right wing edgelords and middle aged lesbians', which made me laugh. Nope. They received threats, there's no evidence at all they were from farmers. Making threats isn't the farmers' MO, though I can think of another group who routinely threaten people who disagree with them. HARICA reconsidered after a 'kind and polite' email, and KF is still up and running with a HARICA certificate.
