Cross dressers are protected. Unless they are actually seen as women.

Feeling angry, terrified and desperately sad in equal measure - and I don't even live in Scotland. So sorry for all the women who have been fighting this misogyny, so sorry for the brave politicians who are trying to push back and being ignored, so sorry for women and girls in Scotland. This is horrific.

I'm 40 years old. I know we don't have equality and often things for women are shit. But this is the first time in my life I've ever really felt like a 2nd class citizen. I can't understand how this can be happening in the name of fighting hate - it's feeling pretty hateful.......

(2) A provision is outside that competence so far as any of the following paragraphs apply-
(d) it is incompatible with any of the Convention rights

S126 Interpretation
(1) In this Act- "the Convention rights" has the same meaning as in the Human Rightd Act 1998.
