This is a very interesting article which evaluates, point for point, the book I am Jazz.

People like Joss/LisaVito/magnolia31 always seem to think they come here and have fun, challenge the narrative, stir things up but all they do is provide a clear indication to lurkers that:

a) they appreciate Jazz Jennings has never and will never have an orgasm but don’t care enough to acknowledge it
b) they can’t admit that there is a problem with puberty blockers causing children to be left with zero sexual function.

It’s very telling. And I bet Joss won’t screen shot this and post on Twitter.

I don’t think Joss is very well.

DickKerrLadies · 30/08/2019 00:43

If Joss really wanted to debate then Joss would make a little bit of effort to stay within talk guidelines, just like the rest of us have to.

zebrasdontwearbras · 30/08/2019 00:59

What has happened (been done to) Jazz should be a worldwide scandal.

Jazz has been puberty blockers from a pre-pubescent age which eans Jazz has never developed secondary sexual characteristics, and this never developed any sexual feeling.

Jazz then endured operations to change Jazz's genitals and suffered serious painful complications.

This, under any other belief system would be considered a serious case of child abuse, or human rights abuse. But it is cheered on under the trans-inclusion flag. It's a disgrace.

magnolia31 · 30/08/2019 01:11

The best treatment pathways, as I have said numerous times, takes all things into consideration, not just the things that the GC crowd like to pick and choose.

I won't be answering to every disingenuous beck and call btw,..

nolongersurprised · 30/08/2019 01:42

The best treatment pathways, as I have said numerous times, takes all things into consideration, not just the things that the GC crowd like to pick and choose.

That’s the question, though isn’t it Joss? Are prepubertal children having these discussions about sexual function, sexual feeling and fertility before they embark on the puberty blocker pathway?

It’s very telling that you won’t answer the question from notbad. You don’t really care about how these kids fare as adults, do you?

NotBadConsidering · 30/08/2019 01:52

Joss, why don’t you screenshot my post on your Twitter feed? What are you afraid of?

NotBadConsidering · 30/08/2019 01:56

Joss cares only about Joss. Joss doesn’t care that Jazz will never experience sexual feelings or orgasm because it means that Joss has to admit Joss is wrong and Joss is too much of a raging narcissist to do that. And Joss won’t post a screenshot of this on Twitter either.

GirlDownUnder · 30/08/2019 02:28

Jazz will never experience sexual feelings

Oh tosh - what matters sexual feelings when one can achieve a life long dream by posting a recipe on MN FWR Hmm

I guess big Steph sending congrats made it more validating or something. 🤷🏻‍♀️

NotBadConsidering · 30/08/2019 03:09

It’s not even a recipe. It’s just a list of ingredients. Joss is too dumb to even get that right. How long in the oven, Joss? What temp? Maybe you can give Jazz some baking tips when she’s busy never enjoying sex.

GirlDownUnder · 30/08/2019 07:44

Jazz Jennings has never, and will never have an orgasm: is this a good thing or a bad thing in your eyes?

You might get an answer now NotBadConsidering Wink

Needmoresleep · 30/08/2019 07:55

No need for a recipe. No chance of any Jazz bun in the oven.

nolongersurprised · 30/08/2019 08:12

The TRAs who are pushing for children to be given puberty blockers, cross hormones etc either don’t care about their fertility and sexual function for one of two reasons:

  1. the wider trans agenda is more important to them than adult ex “trans kids” who have no sexual function and are sterile. They don’t give a shit about these children except to pursue their agenda.

  2. relationships are problematic anyway for transwomen so they’ve normalised sex like issues as part of the trans experience. Men want to have sex with women, not transwomen and lesbians are also attracted to biological women who have vaginas. That leaves TW with people with fetishes - which won’t be validating for TW as “real women” and lesbian women who have been bullied into overcoming their “genital hang ups”.

ArnoldWhatshisknickers · 30/08/2019 08:27

This actually reminds me a whole hell of a lot about the schofields. Jani and bodhi the most schizophrenic children that ever were. Despite no other children being diagnosed at such young ages. And of course now completely disproved.

Good grief. I'd never heard of the Schofields before and am utterly appalled by this case. They've been feeding their children, children for crying out loud, older generation anti-psychotics clozapine and thorazine which my mother in law fought tooth and nail not to have her schizophrenic son put on 25 years ago due to their known and awful side effects.

They then paraded the kids on TV, just like the 'Jennings', including Oprah, just like the 'Jennings'. Set up a 'foundation' to make money from their children, just like the 'Jennings'. Wrote books about their experience to make money, just like the 'Jennings'.

For years the authorities turned a blind eye to this abuse. For years TV and internet companies, including well known personalities who have real influence, encouraged this abuse. Damn straight I'm seeing the parallels.

The NHS even specifically recognises that there have been cases of Fabricated or Induced Illness (their term for Munchausen by Proxy) where the illness was induced for financial gain. From the NHS website

There have also been several reported cases where illness was fabricated or induced for financial reasons – for example, to claim disability benefits.

The NHS also recognise that older children who have been abused for many years often believe they actually do have the illness their parents/carers have induced.

Older children, particularly those who've been abused for many years, will have more complex problems. For example, many affected children believe they're really ill. They need help and support to develop a more realistic understanding of their health. They may also need to learn how to tell the difference between the impaired perception of their parent or carer and reality

www.nhs.uk/conditions/fabricated-or-induced-illness/

All of this is recognised by the medical profession, yet sections of that profession, egged on by the media, including some of the most influential personalities, continue to feed the frenzy without a single care for the untold harm they are doing. They are absolutely complicit in the abuse and they damn well know it. They just don't give a shit about children at all.

LangCleg · 30/08/2019 08:32

Let's have the question again: it's for all cheerleaders of child transition not just FWR brigaders.

Jazz Jennings has never, and will never have an orgasm: is this a good thing or a bad thing in your eyes?

Datun · 30/08/2019 08:43

Jazz has also been told that a female orgasm is like a 'sneeze'.

Quite apart from um nooooo (🤣), who would feel they were missing out because they couldn't sneeze?!

That's how ignorant Jazz is being kept.

LangCleg · 30/08/2019 08:54

That makes me actually cry.

testing987654321 · 30/08/2019 08:56

The whole thing is heartbreaking. I feel horrible using one person's misfortune (their parents) to raise awareness of the problems, but the reality needs to be pointed out.

Datun · 30/08/2019 09:32

Jazz also wanted to find out, from their father, how much of their mother's vagina he saw during sex. This was during teatime. The dad left the table in the end.

Jazz is talking like a child. It's not just because they have no experience of what they're talking about.

At 13, 14,15, I knew that women had orgasms. I was curious and wanted to know more. My friends and I talked about it. Because puberty. It makes you think about these things. The last people I would've discussed it with would be my parents. That's what little kids do. Not teens.

Jazz hasn't been through puberty, any kind of puberty. Everything that puberty gives you, jazz is missing. Everything that comes afterwards up to to maturation at 25, jazz is missing.

When is the Tavistock going to publish their bloody report?

Datun · 30/08/2019 09:36

The whole thing is heartbreaking. I feel horrible using one person's misfortune (their parents) to raise awareness of the problems, but the reality needs to be pointed out.

I agree. Who wants to pore over the life of someone's bloody teen?

But Jazz is actually being held up as an example of everything positive about children transitioning. How they can work that into the actual, obvious negativity in the programme, God only knows. But they do.

Every stage of this becomes worse, and worse for Jazz. But it's still happening. It's still bloody going ahead. It's still being spun. It's quite extraordinary.

NotBadConsidering · 30/08/2019 09:45

When is the Tavistock going to publish their bloody report?

There has not been a single refutation of Heneghan or Biggs’ work from any affirming clinic anywhere in the world. Not one specialist has come out to deny their findings. No one has published any analysis or denial of their findings. And the Tavistock has gone very quiet.

All that’s needed is one high profile affirming clinic to put a moratorium on the practice for the whole practice to come fully into the light.

Needmoresleep · 30/08/2019 10:05

When is the Tavistock going to publish their bloody reporrt?

Overtaken by this from 4 days ago perhaps

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7394049/Health-chiefs-review-service-gives-transgender-children-hormones.html

Could be Boris' people are about to honour a Ministerial commitment made before the reshuffle.

Datun · 30/08/2019 10:15

Needmoresleep

Thanks for that. Although the bulk of it is waffle.

Surely one of the first stages of reviewing the service, is to ask to look at their bloody long-term study!

CharlieParley · 30/08/2019 10:59

Nolongersurprised yes, having read a lot of accounts from trans people about themselves and their community, there seems to have long been quite a bit of animosity between early-onset homosexual transsexuals and late-onset non-homosexual transsexuals aka autogynephiles.

These two forms of transsexualism are distinct and mutually exclusive. They require different treatment approaches and each type has unique needs. A fact that seems to get lost in the wider debate now which I doubt benefits the early-onset HSTS.

(As with any other population group, there are good and bad people in each type.)
