engagement in controversial debate risks overshadowing the valued front facing direct
support platform they provide for children, young people and their families. This
proposal is targeted at that level.^

^Policy and Engagement Officer
Looking forward, we have an ambitious programme of work to ensure that trans children remains high on the public policy agenda. We are looking to recruit a Policy and Engagement Officer to be a key part of driving this exciting work forward. This role will work closely with senior colleagues to ensure our approach to policy advocacy and influencing and our priority policy goals and plans are well understood across the organisation. The work that we do has expanded, and we now need an effective and skilled Corporate Engagement Officer to develop and implement effective strategic plans to deliver and grow sustainable income from our corporate partners, and develop a major donor program. Working closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees, the successful candidate will be expected to build strong relationships with existing and new corporate partners, as well as oversee and develop policies and strategies regarding corporate engagement.
