It was the "implanted" bit that seemed really ghoulish to me, like they were taking the vaginas from corpses and putting them into TIMs. Which isn't actually happening, thankfully, but that's what it brought to mind, and you'd think they'd realize that as a mental image it's horrifying, but alas...

Laser hair removal is generally preferred before this kind of surgery because it’s very difficult to deal with skin shedding and hairs when they now form part of a surgically formed cavity. Many people having this surgery are poorly advised or cannot afford this procedure, not to mention laser hair removal doesn’t work long term for quite a significant amount of people. Which leaves issues with collections of skin and hairballs.
As such this can obviously lead to infection and will need to be kept....erm...what’s the word...fresh.

I guess we can add "internal hairballs" to the list of "privileges" that cis women have.

No ability to orgasm at all. Robbed of male sexual genital pleasure and unable to experience female sexual genital sensation.

There is the mental stimulation I guess- but how far does that go- simply to have a hole to give someone else pleasure?

I guess it works in some relationships- someone with paralysis perhaps or ED - couples have ways around this- but it's far from ideal.

Well, yes. It begs the question - what are surgeons telling these people? I mean, it's one thing to outline the best surgery can offer to a catastrophically dysphoric person so that they can alleviate chronic and acute distress.

But it's quite another to falsely advertise what can be achieved via surgery to an AGP man who exhibits male pattern abusive behaviour and attitudes. Not just because they won't get what they think will get and it will hurt them - but because the resulting narcissistic rage will present clear risk to women. As we are seeing playing out in every sphere of public life.

Yep. False advertising is a dangerous thing when the person being sold to has NPD.

I feel quite sorry for whoever writes that blog. It's clearly an individual's personal (yet public) internet space for exploring their fantasies. It's so ridiculous I can't imagine anyone taking it seriously, least of all any trans people.
