One thing that stands out from all this is that there's a real need for updating child protection practice with respect to social media.

We've seen Munroe bergdorf's creepy 'dm me without telling your parents you're doing it' tweets and now 'here kids, why not buy unprescribed medications online without telling your parents'

Is there no code of practice against hosting online grooming of children or marketing of restricted substances to them?

Would anyone get away with doing that with any other prescription only drug? "Psst, kids, buy your black market Zoloft/Adderall/Abilify here"?

The only other drugs that nobody seems to care about being marketed that way are Viagra, Cialis etc, and for obvious reasons no one is trying to sell those to children.

On a professional basis, I understand only too well how some men impose themselves, talk you down, do not listen, repeat lies and just want to spread their arse about.
Recently I just had a go at different men at different meetings who did this -as I get older, I get braver.

I feel alarmed at the way society has turned on women. You go around driving your car, going to your work, paying your mortgage/rent, believing you’re an equal member of society then, WHAM.......you find yourself back in the 19th century where society treats you as though you’re little better than a domestic animal.

The govt happily deduct tax from my earnings, whilst, at the sane time, trying to erase me? How does that even work? Will they erase my tax contributions along with my sex, gender, whatever they fucking call it now. Could I pay a lower rate because I’m officially a second class citizen now and have a restricted access to my human rights and democracy is now closed off to me? I have nobody to vote for anymore.

Also shocked to have it confirmed that men do hate us absolutely and there is no hiding it away now. Even the Labour Party are a bunch of misogynistic dogs.

I’ve had problems with arrogant, middle aged men for ages now and the thought of finding one in the public toilets, or opposite me in a hospital bed makes me feel angry.

The hatred for us was always there though wasn’t it? We just pretended to ourselves that things were moving forward but they weren’t and they never will.

How many trans have had the surgery. I don't mean breasts or feminising facial surgery, I mean having the penis lopped off. I strongly suspect very, very few. This fills me with rage.

I know a surprising number of trans people, women and men. They are serious and either have had all the surgery and all the hormones and all the psych tests and whatever else. Two are MtF, middle aged, and are just quietly getting on with life. The others are younger and undergoing all the above, among them are 2 young people (older teens), one a member of my family but living in another country. Both are FtM, are having the psych tests, the hormones, the top surgery (and both will have whatever bootom surgery they can).

They all were utterly miserable before treatment started. Really really miserable as they were. There is no mistaking it, the true misery of living with gender dysphoria.

The TRAs are playing games. It is unutterably disgusting the way they are using such a truly awful psych problem for their own ends. It should actually be harshly punished, but there's not one MP who's got the guts to stand up and say no, publicly.
