Like Semaphorically, I received a fairly rapid response to my first complaint to the BBC for them warning Jenni Murray, and have heard nothing several days later about my follow up complaint and my complaint about Libby Purves' contrasting piece. Funny that.

Someone raised a good point on Twitter: Gary Linekar didn't get a warning when he spoke up for refugees, so why is Jenni getting one?

Seems women, especially older women are easy pickings.

Have only really become aware of this recently with the no platforming of Germaine Greer and Jenni Murray's comments and the whole thing has me appalled. The thing that strikes me most about trans activism is how male and misogynistic it is

The fact they're trying to shut women up and no platform them shows that they are still very much in possession of their male characteristics.

This has just been posted on the feminist group I belong to. Truly it is a shut up moment for all debate, thought or discussion for feminists.

I'm glad you said that, Olly. I found VCM's article unclear too.

It's 1984 in real life complete with the thought police! I'm not clicking like on twitter in case it impacts on my job / family. It's genuinely scary!
