Does anyone want to join me?! Smile I need to lose 3 stone hopefully a stone and but in time for March if I can!

I'm already a member of ww online I have the app and just getting used to the new smart points system! Like a refresh think it will be good to do something new again!

Bought a fit bit with xmas money and had it two days love it already! It updates activity points onto the ww app though I won't be eating these.

Hopefully if anyone joins me we can motivate each other

4lb lost this week Smile.
Having chicken biryani today to use up yesterday's left over chicken. It's the first time I've tried the ww recipe, hope it's nice.
No exercise planned today but have a lot of housework to do so will point that.
Well done all the other losers.

Juliecloud · 11/01/2016 09:08

I went for a 45 minute brisk walk yesterday. I'm hoping to do the sane today.

What are you doing with your weekly points? Are you eating them all? I think I might have to!

gamerwidow · 11/01/2016 10:00

I eat all of mine. I usually save them all for the weekend.

fireandblood · 11/01/2016 11:04

Wow well done gamer widow! That's brilliant.

I keep my weeklys for wine and treats usually. I have started drinking low alcohol wine as less points I like the strawberry and lime Gallo wine it's lovely though goes down far too quick.

No activity for me today apart from waking to school. My Fitbit converts all my steps into points but I don't eat then nowadays.

Can I join you all again?

Feeling rather discombobulated as I've been 'away' for a couple of months and everything has changed while I was gone.

ALemonyPea · 11/01/2016 13:23

Done my first week and stayed the same. Struggling on smart points as all the stuff I'd usually eat is now higher in points, but my daily points stay the same. Like for breakfast, I have 2 Ryvita with light laughing cow triangles. Used to be 3pp now 5sp. Might have to rethink breakfast.

wiltingfast · 11/01/2016 13:31

5sp sounds ok to me ALemonyPea. My egg and toast is 6sp and their own ww overnight porridge oats is also 6sp... I do use real butter mind Blush

Didn't count over the weekend in that I had steak on Sat night and ate out on Sun! PLus had half a bag of aldi tortillas!!!

So I think I can safely say my 28 weeklies are long gone....

Was pretty good otherwise though so hopeful of a loss tomorrow...

dottyaboutstripes · 11/01/2016 13:50

I've tracked all week and weigh in day is tomorrow, I've got 10 weeklies left. Had a sneaky step on my scales this morning and I'll be lucky to lose even 1lb, so I'd better see a good loss next week to make up for it! Still have today though so maybe some weight will magically drop off overnight!

ALemonyPea · 11/01/2016 13:55

I prefer to eat low as possible for breakfast though as love a big tea Blush. Usually have Ryvita, cheese spread and fruit as not really a breakfast person anyway, but for some reason I am starving from the word go whenever I diet.

It's silly though as one Ryvita and one cheese triangle is only 2sp. Think will just have the one and have more fruit.

uppitywho · 11/01/2016 15:22

my weigh in was this morning and down to 13 st 2 lbs which is a loss of 1,8lbs- I know if dropped the wine at weekends I could get a few more pounds off but there's only so far I will go! I am desparate to get under 13st - maybe next week

gamer well done on your loss , a great boost, alemonypea I had a few weeks of no change don't be too downhearted

Juliecloud · 11/01/2016 19:24

Well done on the loss uppity!

Today I've had
Porridge plus milk - 5 sp
Homemade potato salad with extra light mayo and no fat Greek yogurt - 8 sp
Rice, veg, chick peas, chicken, soy sauce - 10 sp
Low fat crisps - 3 sp
No fat Greek yogurt plus cherries - 3 sp

I feel quite full today and I've not dipped into my weeklies yet. Might have some rice cakes later.

amazonianwoman · 11/01/2016 20:44

3.5lbs lost Smile

Charliej86 · 11/01/2016 22:16

Can I join?
I've been on ww for a while and lost my stone just before Xmas but put on 4lbs over Xmas period. (Actually 1lb was before) my aim is to lose another stone aswel as them 4lbs hopefully before my wedding in April.
I'm ok with smart points but struggled today needing a little something extra but for 0sp. I have weeklies but don't like to use them as I tend to not count on a weekend. Weigh day is Saturday morning. X

CharleyDavidson · 11/01/2016 22:33

3lb off. :)

poorpaws · 12/01/2016 00:17

Wow some great losses above. Well done everyone.

I just wonder why friends can't accept Im trying to lose weight. I met a friend in Costa (ironically I first met her three years ago at Weight Watchers). I'd told her before Christmas I would no longer have cake when we met but of course she could have as much as she liked. I even text her before we met up reminding her I was trying to cut down on sugar. She went for the coffees and came back with FOUR mini cakes, TWO each. Now admittedly they are small but still 140 cals each and why buy four? I ate one to be polite but refused the second so she ate three. To be honest it gave me the taste for sugar again and I've been struggling ever since. I caved in tonight and had a Daim bar, although I stayed within my points. I don't think I would ever try and sabotage anyone else's diet and I really wish people wouldn't do it to me. I really want to get the weight gone this year, I played at it last year and this year I want to just do it. How does everyone else cope?

MadiSontRoy45 · 12/01/2016 07:37

Hi just joined back last week tomorrow is my weigh in I haven't been that good I went for two meals at the weekend, does anyone know if everything on ww food and count on us will be changing to smart points wrote on them instead pro points?

uppitywho · 12/01/2016 08:51

charley and amazonian great losses , we have quite a thread going now - just need to keep up the enthusiasm !

Miffytastic · 12/01/2016 09:44

Hello everyone, I'm still here.... (Started the 2015 WW thread this time last year in fact!). Well done on the losses folks.

Paws - I know that one, I find it so hard sometimes and with some people I'd just rather not mention it at all and see if I can just get away with saying I'm not hungry.... Wonder if I should raise the topic with my mum this year though....

I'm not having the best January so far - put on 2lbs at the weigh in after Christmas, and last week went pear shaped with 3 kids birthday parties (2 for my DD), cider and a hangover the weekend. Went to my meeting last night and gained another 1lb. I need to lose 7 before I'm in the non paying zone and my 3 monthly pass runs out at the end of the month...not sure if I'll manage it by then... Ultimately want to lose 12-14lbs to be where I want to be.

Re breakfast - this morning I used my new scales and realised my porridge and syrup are 9SP not 5 O_O

dottyaboutstripes · 12/01/2016 16:34

I went to my meeting today and had lost half a pound. I know I had a good week so I'm confident that I'll have a good loss next week if I keep it up!
Re saboteurs- my dh is really bad for this and it's bloody infuriating!

Redglitter · 12/01/2016 18:28

Week 1 weigh in done - lost 8lbs Smile

gamerwidow · 12/01/2016 19:22

Well done red glitter that's a great loss!

notasillysausage · 12/01/2016 19:27

First weigh in and lost 7.5lbs Smile 3 stone to go!
I'm doing old style propoints, smart points are not my cup of tea.

Miffytastic · 12/01/2016 19:27

Wow well done red glitter! And Dotty that's the best attitude (not one I always manage I'm afraid but know I should take a leaf from your book)

purplewhale · 12/01/2016 19:50

Hi can I join in please I've got a few stones to lose but I'm having some technical problems

How do you get your Fitbit to link with WW?
Also anyone know how you change your weigh in day?
The app shows my kg weight in stones so 100+ stones!

fireandblood · 13/01/2016 04:25

Wow well done on all the losses! In excited for weigh in this week cos I've actually stuck to points. Weigh in week 2 already tomorrow!

My friends are the same they always say one day off doesn't hurt but actually it does and it isn't just one day is it.

Uppitywho you are right need to keep the enthusiasm going january is fine it's getting past that Grin

What everyone's eating/planning for activity today?

I linked my fit bit through the app do you have iPhone or android?
