Does anyone want to join me?! Smile I need to lose 3 stone hopefully a stone and but in time for March if I can!

I'm already a member of ww online I have the app and just getting used to the new smart points system! Like a refresh think it will be good to do something new again!

Bought a fit bit with xmas money and had it two days love it already! It updates activity points onto the ww app though I won't be eating these.

Hopefully if anyone joins me we can motivate each other

Wish - good one, well done.

Wish, Ken - do u both live near the beach? Me too 😀

I've worked all weekend and bank hol and walked the dogs a lot so hoping for my first loss in ages on Sunday (quite a way to go I know). I'm also keeping to my no sugar rule. I even turned down a meal out tonight as I knew I would want dessery (and I was knackered from all my hard work). 😇 But my halo could just slip.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 31/05/2016 07:00

Yes , the coastline is the trade off for living in Sunderland Grin .

Wisheverydaywasfriday · 31/05/2016 16:11

Gosh! You've got great determination, Paws!!

Unfortunately not close to the coast, about 40 min away, but the beach is magnificent, so it's worth the drive. I'd love to move there when I retire Smile

poorpaws · 31/05/2016 22:28

I just love the beach in winter, but not in summer because there are so many tourists.

I've done over 21,000 steps today! Two dog walks and food shopping (two different shops). I swear if I don't lose weight this week I'm giving up ☹️

I hope everyone else is doing well and we'll all see big losses this week.

Major fall off the wagon last night (not that I'm really on it) dd had a friend staying over and requested Dorito lasagne. I had a good portion of that plus garlic bread. Then around 9pm DH said he's still hungry and really wanted cheesy chips so that's what we got......not to mention the wine! Oops!!

bettybyebye · 02/06/2016 14:52

HairsprayQueen · 02/06/2016 21:00

Well done Betty 🍾

KenDoddsDadsDog · 02/06/2016 21:19

Brilliant Betty !!! Inspirational Star Star

poorpaws · 02/06/2016 22:51

Betty wow wow wow you've done it! I agree with Ken - inspirational!

HairsprayQueen · 03/06/2016 08:17

1.5 lb off this week, but I chopped 6 inches off my hair so I'm worried that it was all that!

I used all my weeklies by day 2 of the week and then went completely off plan on Monday so need to not do that this week.

Wisheverydaywasfriday · 03/06/2016 15:35

Super Hairspray!! Well done. Great result. Smile

KenDoddsDadsDog · 03/06/2016 15:38

Go on hairspray !! I stayed at Hotel Du Vin last night and went well off the rails - the cocktails , bread , pudding , wine..... Better get stepping eh

KenDoddsDadsDog · 05/06/2016 22:39

Well I haven't weighed but 2lb on at home which will mean more at class - probably about 4 Blush I'd better give myself a good kick in the arse.

poorpaws · 05/06/2016 22:51

At last a loss - 3 3/4 lbs off. My goodness that took a hell of a lot of work!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 06/06/2016 05:11

Love it Ken that's just how I feel.

Broke my no sugar rule on Sunday to celebrate my loss, chocolate it was so divine! Back on track today as would like a pound off this week.

Good luck with weigh-ins everyone.

bettybyebye · 07/06/2016 06:55

Fantastic paws! Well done!

I haven't had the best week either, think I got a bit too relaxed after last weeks weigh in! Starting afresh today

Wisheverydaywasfriday · 07/06/2016 18:19

Brillant Paws, that's fantastic. A big loss!!

I had a disastrous weekend. Just don't know why I did it! I was feeling so good about half a stone off!! Weighed myself yesterday morning, and I had 5 lbs on!!!! Sad I put it on so easily and quickly. Didn't go to WW weigh in last night.

Am cutting down on carbs now, to counter the damage, feel so cross at myself.

poorpaws · 07/06/2016 22:58

Wish - I've been there plenty of times, I feel your pain. Don't give up though.

I'd lost a stone and no-one noticed any weight loss (that's fine, I don't expect people to notice me). I've since lost another 3 lbs and suddenly everyone is commenting, even dog walkers I don't know too well. I'm not posting this as any kind of boast, but I wonder if it might help someone who is not seeing good results. Hang on in there, a few more lbs and people will begin to notice and more importantly you will begin to notice yourself. Just keep trying! 😉

MrsJorahMormont · 09/06/2016 09:47

Hello, can I sneak back in? I lost a stone a couple of months ago, have arsed about like a fool (abandoning both WW and MN for a while!) although I did keep going to meetings. I have kept off the stone or close to it, just keep losing and gaining a half lb here and there.

Anyway, I'm giving it another go and trying to focus on getting another stone off in 8 weeks or so. It's going to be tricky as we're away a lot and also have lots of visitors over the summer but have to try!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 09/06/2016 11:32

Weigh in tonight . I have faffed about with food for the past fortnight but have done lots of walking . Anticipating a gain !
