Sounds like we you are all continuing onwards and downwards Well done. As for me, at last I can feel the virus fucking off so I will be back at Bikram from next week. Have also booked the last two weeks of December off work, which means I can run/yoga during the day while DS is at nursery.

One good thing about the lingering malaise is that my appetite still seems to be smaller. I shan't mention the box of four cupcakes demolished over 24 hours Whoops, there I just did.

Oi cheeky - it was only 4 pieces in the end

Have done my ExerSazz too - 40 lengths in 39 minutes, so that's four done for the week. We are going to the soft play hell place in the morning for DD's belated birthday treat so should use up a few more calories continually extricating DS from the over-5 section

We are having chicken breasts stuffed with garlicky cheese and wrapped in bacon , doesn't sound too healthy does it, but most of the fat oozes out during the cooking process Just waiting for the cupcakes to finish baking before I put the chicken (and chips ) in the oven.

I'll just go and sit in the naughty corner with ALBS

The buns are for the party bags tomorrow so apart from a tiny amount of bowl-licking I shall be cake free. Wine on the other hand...

LOL Sazz you have met me and know I am not posh... if only I had not dumped the millionaire boyfriend at 19 I might just have been in the Great Hall rather than the draughty hall. In fact I am tipsy on red wine and watching Ho Ho Ho Selecta from 2003, oh my life is soooo classy
