Well done on the 4lb fuzzy!!!

I'm back on track today again, thankfully. Had fruit for breakkie, fruit for lunch & a sw burger (2 syns) with my HEb brown roll for dinner, with some HEa cheese.

Feel like I haven't eaten much but the way I feel today, if I start eating I won't stop

Am in lousy shape, back at work today & hated it.

About the eating or hating work... both seperate is bad enough, but combined just makes it dreadful.

I bought a new sandwich toaster yesterday... am already planning my treat after WI on Wednesday!!

I fear I am obsessed again...happened me the last time I went on WW.. and slimmed to 7stone 2lb... I was way too thin but hardly ate a bite.

I have felt myself getting like that today, afraid to eat incase I gain weight this week, I get so obsessive.... but I am never that bad that I would do anything daft!!

I hate work (or mainly people/"office politics" TBH)

I had a really good day, then I ate one bit of sausage that the kids left, and I couldn't stop. It's crap.

But I don't get obsessed, I just give up and get miserable (and heavier). So I can;t identify there.

Take care and think of tomorrow as a new day.x

(wakeful DS2, will have to put him back to bed)

I have started putting fairy liquid onto food the kids leave...or taking it straight out to the dog!! If either of those tips are any use to you!

I have put pics on the sparkly place...just for a couple days then I will take them away again... can't believe how different I look & I've just lost 18.5lb!!

I know I shouldn't do it but I just can't help myself - i weigh myself everyday. Have been losing stedily every day since i started and today was the first day that i put on, only .5 of a kilo, but there was nothing in yesterday that could have caused that. I hate making an effort and not seeing the result, I am so impatient. Makes me wanna chuck in the towel. I didn't exercise yesterday, I've got knee problems that flare up from time to time, so maybe that's it. I had an ounce too many potatoes for lunch too. I so can identify with eating when down, i think a lot of us have really bad emtotional attachments with food...

Connie - I also know how you feel about eating and work!

I feel really low again today and apart from stuff my face with junk I don't know how to make myself feel a bit better. And not much you can do about it when you're in work!

Just had breakfast of shreddies and milk. Am determined to be good to make up for the weekend but it's so hard when you feel low

I don't even know why I feel like this! Maybe I should've taken today off and stayed under the duvet!

somehow painting my nails/bubble bath don't touch the down feelings in the same way as junk food.
this weather doesn't help either, too hot to put in the effort to make something healthy...

I escaped the consequences of the sausage indiscretion by the skin of my teeth and lost 1lb, have just been for an hours walk round the village.

I still intend to have treat night today or tomorrow though

Morning all.

Im am soo tired i haven't been sleeping again for the past week.

WI tonight for me, hopefully i will have maintained or lost a pound, i haven't been on the diet really DP has been cooking while my hand is still in bandages.

I played Rounders at the weekend though, with one hand it was a lot of fun!

I brought some Harissa, i haven't had it in ages, i had forgotten about it untill you guys mentioned it.

Connie, i saw your pictures, you look so different! I don't think i look different yet, my clothes are baggyer but thats it.

I am really going to buckle down when these bloody bandages come off, i want to loose a good amount before my holiday at the end of August.

We all seem to be struggling a bit atm aren't we? I'm feeling more focussed now, did well yesterday and today fine so far. My Mum's coming to stay next week so dh and I will be taking advantage of having a rare babysitter and going out to eat once or twice plus I'll take Mum out for a drink at some point too so next week will be tricky.

oh Im sooo hungry

have been good today though, and fairly good yesterday (although i did an Ocado online shop for the first time and it came with a free bar of green & blacks which of course I had to eat - 9.5 syns though )

DD1 has a visit to her new school tomorrow morning followed by a school lunch which i will have to eat at as well, so im hoping I will be able to make informed choices from the school menu!!!!

Another tired arse here too Tits... I slept in this morning! I barely had time to get the kids dressed & teeth brushed... their breakfast was taken to the childminders!!!

I hate working when they're on holidays from school They never get the pleasure of a lie on mid-week.... they still have to be up, dressed & out the door at the same time as school mornings, the wee pets.

Anyway, had another odd day today... I can't seem to eat the 'right' foods...

Think it was a green day.

Beakfast: Nothing, glass of water at work

Lunch: Baked potato with beans n cheese (HEA)

Dinner: Well, came home at 5.30pm, DH is working night shifts so I had a cuddle with him on top of bed... both fell asleep (the kids were out doing something with their grandad (GPs live close by!) so we weren't being neglectful..) ;) Woke up around 7pm & felt horrid. Had 2 slices of toast & scrambled egg.

Oh & then I had a Milky Way Crispy Roll (3 syns)!!

Then to make matters worse.... I stood on the scales...totally by mistake.... & they tell me I have gained 1lb!!!!!!! My weigh in is tomorrow night so will just have to wait & see...

school hols already connie? when do they go back?

I did so well today... fresh pineapple for breakfast, beans, egg & potato for lunch with banana & strawberries with 1/2 mullerlite for lunch (and I was beyond stuffed), then it kind of went arse-up when DS2 got in from school because I had no mug shots in. I feel tired and weepy though, so it could be another star week (damned implant)
