If your clothes are feeling loose like that, then you are doing well .

Wow puff, 5lbs is brilliant! Keane, so is yours, but why are you changing name, I'll never remember! Evesmama, how satisfying, loose trews! Oi Champs, have you given up then? I haven't weighed for ages but will after AF. Today

2 pieces toast (but small loaf so same cals = 100 on bread), olive spread, marmite
small glass apple juice
1 apple
1 banana
1 small box raisins
sandwich made with 100 cal of bread (2 small loaf slices), no spread, hummus and lettuce
half a bar of G&B chocolate = 50 cals
small bunch of grapes
veggie burger (250 cal)
in a bun (no idea, 200?)
100 cal dairy free chocolate
Turned down apple pie and ice cream at my mum's!
I think I'd better eat some more fruit or something actually or it won't be enough today. Thanks for listening! Still no booze (apart from 2 days when I drank) since 4th Jan.

Evesmama · 22/02/2005 20:50

thanks keane and champs

hope i can keep it up and loose some this week!

Evesmama · 22/02/2005 20:51

oops and you hun(www)

PuffTheMagicDragon · 22/02/2005 20:56

You're doing well on the no alcohol front www - do you feel better for it? I know I don't feel any less tired overall, but my brain works faster in the mornings - shame it's shot to pieces by 4pm !

I think I'm falling off the bandwagon a bit! I'm craving sweet and naughty things. DP (the bain of my life!) brought home popcorn and hagen Das (yum). I haven't eaten it all, but I have had a good several mouthfulls the past two nights . There is still half a tub left though. I'm almost hoping that I'll have put on when I weigh tomorrow to give me a wake up call. But on the other hand, I'm going to a meet up tomorrow which I really nervous about, and if I feel even more of a fat heffer I'll have even less confidence! Ho, hum, sorry for my whinging.

Well done Puff, keane and Evesmama and everyone who has lost!

WideWebWitch · 22/02/2005 21:02

Puff, yes, I do feel good for no booze and actually, we've had SO little sleep in the last 2 months that I know I wouldn't be coping if I'd been drinking at all: even a couple of glasses and I would be in tears with these sleepless nights. So it's just as well for all concerned that I'm not drinking as my temper is sweeter than it might otherwise have been! I can cope with little sleep and I can cope with a faint hangover but both? No way!

WideWebWitch · 22/02/2005 21:04

Flossam a good tip from Fat Girl Slim (diet cookbook I've raved about elsewhere) is that Green and Blacks do 20g bars of chocolate and they're only 100 cal so you could have one every day if you counted it in. I hope you have lost tomorrow, good luck!

champs · 22/02/2005 21:49

www--- sorry hun thought you knew, am pg! still eating healthily but obv not aiming to loose weight at mo. dh has actually put my scales away and wont let me use them as I get a little obbsesive.

WideWebWitch · 23/02/2005 09:32

Oh Champs, I didn't know! Congratulations! You're prob 38 weeks and it's way too late to be saying that! What does everyone think about starting a new thread? This one took a while to let me post then and that's with broadband.

champs · 23/02/2005 13:55
