⭐️OPEN TO ALL⭐️

Clocks have now gone back and the nights are drawing in, Halloween is done and dusted and Bonfire Night is in a few days 😮. Meaning one thing! Christmas and all its festivities are arriving next month 😮🎄🥳

It’s never too late to make a change, to make a difference and feel confident in your body. To reach optimum health and vitality we need to focus not only on our food intake; but movement, mental health and sleep quality too!

Who doesn’t want to feel good and energetic as well looking great! Get on board to reset & refresh and become a healthier version of yourself.

These threads are for those who’d like to lose weight and those who wish to maintain whilst eating a healthy varied diet.

As no one size fits all, members need to follow their own way of eating. This thread aims to offer guidance, support and a bit of hand holding.

We generally have WOW (weigh on Wednesday) day each week. However post and share your progress as often or as little as you prefer. Do what works for you.

The important thing is not to think of it as a diet (based on deprivation and unsustainable) but more a way of life (sustainable & enjoyable).

I calorie count based on a lower carb Mediterranean diet. I intermittent fast and generally eat twice a day. Im a long time healthy eater and overall I’ve lost around 45lbs.

I’m mainly maintaining but I would like to get back into the 8’s 🤞(I briefly dipped into the 8’s last month but the scale showed 9st 4lb yesterday)

I did upper arms, thighs, neck, bust, waist, hips and halfway between the two.

Hello everyone! Can’t believe it’s the end of November. My weight has ballooned over a week of being ill 😭 I’m hoping it will come off again as quickly. Will weigh in tomorrow on the 1st to get an accurate read for the month. Still haven’t moved my arse off the couch, and my cough is NOT doing good things for my poor pelvic floor.

Aims for December:
Walk everyday - outside when possible
Pilates / yoga for stretch, PF and wellbeing
Not to turn the whole month into a Christmas food binge.

My Happy Scale says it can’t give me a prediction as I’ve lost no weight lately 😂. I’m going to try and add more walking in on top of the gym as that has helped in the past.

Gosh I can’t believe it’s the end of November! I’ve had a good month and am ending 6.5lbs lower than I started. If I can do 4.5lbs in December I’ll begin 2026 having lost 3.5st. I wish I had taken a few more measurements when I began - it’s so hard doing it when you feel your worst but I always regret not doing it when I feel better!!

My December aims are to stick to eating sensibly on days when I don’t have any social activities and not go too mad on days when I do!

Morning ladies just letting you know its been a hard year where ive tried my best to loose more pounds but been very difficult to do so. Hoping this last month of 2025 shines some positivity. Need to loose as much of excess pounds as possible before entering the new year. I really need to do this. Good luck ladies in December month.

Well according to my scale, during my week of illness I’ve put on around 4 pounds. That had better not be right!! Im hoping once I start moving again that goes away 😬

It is officially the beginning of December. The elf has arrived, and advent calendars have been opened. Nearly DS’s birthday. I will go out for my walk after drop off.

Well, December here means a birthday, two Christmases and an eight-day festival of doughnuts (I'm not even exaggerating!). So today is OMAD and I am absolutely bracing myself wrt scales over the next few weeks. I'm also off for a mammogram, bleurgh.

There must be something in the water today - my scales have me up 1lb overnight! It’s horrid weather here today so I don’t think I’ll be making it out for a walk.

Morning All,
As if it's December. I'm so ready to put this year behind me but I really don't want to wish my life away! I've just realised that this might be the last start of the month post that I do here...at least for a while. In January I'm hoping that I'm in a place where I can maintain and hopefully that'll happen but I'll probably come crawling back here at some point (mainly because I like it here and you guys have really helped me with everything 🩷)

19 days until my holiday and I'm up again after the weekend 🤣🙈 @biscuitcat maybe there is something in the water!! 🤣

No, I know what happened to me 🙈 It was really lovely though. My partner cooked for me and I managed to have a few beers and I didn't cry. Woo.

Lost 4lbs in November overall. Just hoping for goal weight by the 19th! 3.2lbs to go after the weekend 😬 going to do OMAD today and then see where we're at on Wednesday 🤷🏻‍♀️ I really should go for a run, but it's so wet outside!

Weather is horrid here today, but I was determined to get moving, so I walked 4km around my living room while watching Law and Order! I need to go to the shops later and it has just occurred to me I could have done 4km around the covered mall instead 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ ah well, extra steps for me over all.

My weight has fluctuated a lot this month between 74.1 and 74.8), but I'm happy that I've stayed under 75kg and my average for the last 4 weeks is 74.6kg which is 0.8kg lower than my average for the 4 weeks before that.

Last week has been rough and I need to focus on no eating after dinner for the coming month. Also hoping to start running again. Will weigh in in 2.5 weeks before we head back to UK from Christmas. It's be nice to try for a half kg drop for then.

God what a shit day.

OMAD was fine, but I spent the morning at a hospital clinic and was poked and prodded. Strong suspicion of breast cancer so more poking and prodding to come.

I ran out of there incredibly late for work and had a sandwich and chocolate bar from M&S.

Exhausted and stressed, going to bed.

I try for IF window of 10am-6pm. I’m thinking of waiting till 11, as I get so much more done before eating.

Today I had nothing sweet. Not enough veggies and fruit. But a definite improvement.

Sliding back in for December after being missing for most of November. It was a busy and stressful month for various reasons and watching my weight was nowhere near to the top of my priorities. I suspect December will be fairly indulgent, but I’ll try and ease myself back in!

According to my scales I lost 5lb overnight! Which is impressive as I now appear to be the same weight I was at the start of the year. Just shows what being away for the weekend can do. I’ll do a WOW tomorrow to see where I am at.
