Evening all,
Sorry you had a rubbish morning @Honon Hopefully it didn’t impact you for the entire day.
I think today has been a good day for me, though I didn’t manage to go for a swim. However I did manage to walk 7km today (3.5k each way to an appointment) and then decided to go for a 5km bike ride this evening to replace the swim.
I made a home made chicken chow mein today. I put the ingredients through MPF and it came out as 330 which seems ridiculously low! It had..
-450g chicken breast (raw weight)
-Asda medium egg noodles (2 nests)
-Asda fresh bean sprouts (2x 200g bags)
-106g baby corn
-300g brown onions
-1 Medium carrot
-2 green peppers
-OXO chicken stockpot (20g stock pot)
-Asda light soy sauce 45ml approx
-Asda dark soy sauce 30ml approx
-90g Asparagus (it needed using up)
I got 5 portions from the above, I had one for dinner tonight I’ll probably have one tomorrow and pop the other three in the freezer. Does 330kcals sound about right for that?
I did also have 2 pieces of prawn toast too at around 93kcals each. Brunch was some home made carrot and corriander soup and I also had a homemade pineapple and mango smoothie with semi skimmed milk.
I did pick at a roast gammon joint I roasted for sandwiches this week.
According to MPF calories for the day was 836, and total burned for the day (so far at 23:12) is 2,480. Which means a deficit of 1,644. If the chow mein dish is accurate.
How did everyone else’s day go?
