have had a pizza ( marks and spencer chilli beef) and one glass onwine
it isnt as nice as I eremeber it to be ratehr disappointingly

OK my rundown for today

a bowl (unmeasured - naughty) of unsweetned muesli

2 x ww brad and ww pate and 1 x packet of snack a jacks

1 pork chop, cous cous and greek salad with a dollop of tsatziki.

2 oranges, 1 x banana

Will start jogging on Monday

Ok here we go.

Brekky-cup of tea and mini weetabix things. Both with semi-skimmed milk.

Lunch-Ds2 wanted spag bol so cooked enough spagetti for all 3ds's(equiv to 1 adult portion), Only Ds2+3 ate it so I ate the remaining spaghetti-1/3 of adult potion then i suppose. Nothing on it except a bit of salt.
1 slice of fruity malt loaf with a smidge of flora light, 1 Manderin muller light yog.

Dinner-small (very small in fact) jacket spud with bean and low cal/fat coleslaw. 1 manderin yog.

Also had 2.5 go-ahead apple and raisin crispy slice things.
And finished Ds3's boiled egg he had for dinner which amounted to about 2 tsp full.

3 cups of tea, 2 glasses of orange squash (Low sugar)

STILL NO BREAD

Will get Dh to fess up in a minute....please be gentle with him, he's an MN virgin

Ok here's DH's..........

Breakfast- (Unmeasured) bowl of Sultana bran.

Mid-morning- Apple.

Lunch - the remaining bolognese sause that Ds2+3 didn't eat. Not a huge potion though.

Dinner- Jacket spud, beans and coleslaw. Low fat black cherry yog.

2 cups of coffe, 1 tea, 3 large glasses of water. 1 galss of apple juice.

And.......a packet of apple and sultana crispy things (3 ina pack) which he only just ate!

Silly sod made me do this, he was too embrrassed to do it!!! He went all silly saying "I dunno what at say" "Go on you do it". I did point out that you all actually can't see him but he wouldn't do it. Silly Sod!

Morning.

Dh is about 5'8" amybe abit taller and weigh about 11st 12lb. He wants to be 11st as he was last year.

Yes, the bolognese was without pasta but had veg in it. TBH though it was such a small potion that the veg was quite minimal.

Will relay message that to fatty.

I had Cheerios for brekky for me today. What amount is allowed? I'll measure tomorrow as have been using guesswork.

9st 4lb this Am, that was after brekky.

Emma - nice new name. For all those who have lapsed, a friend of mine has a pet theory that being naughty v. occasionally speeds up the metabolism - rubbish maybe but I like it! Cod, I was plain Bearess before. I had two glasses wine last night and went to bed at 9.20pm and not for nookie either. Clearly can't take the pace any more!

Morning ladies - the full bottle of wine I consumed last night was not too good for my head. Have recently surfaced from my pit and weighed myself - I'm sure I've lost a pound this week - hooray, results at last.

So far today have eaten a banana and 2 cups of tea........watch this space

Does playing Tag with the ds's count as exercise and how many calories will I have burnt of in 5 minutes - too fat to run for longer
