was just about to say I think we need a new thread ladies

managed to stay out of the tin, and do an online shop with no naughty things in it. Just kept out of those 'aisles' best way to do it, online. Being delivered tomorrow too, so I'm well chuffed to get a slot with such short notice

Ordered lots of fruit and veg and some weight watchers yoghurts. Been thinking I might give it a go... WW I mean.. not sure though. I hated it when I did it years ago. like, really really hated it. slimming world suited me so much better. I am loveing the slim fast still though. BUT... not lost anyhting for a bit... I NEED to loose some soon girls. I really really do, for my health as much as anything else.

I am going to start going for very small walks, once every day. Just for a very short distance. Better than nothing. If i set small goals like that, i'll not be worrying about increasing my pain too much... I think I can get to the swings for Izzy with out too much trouble, and can sit down when we get there. We'll see hey!

going for a small walk sounds like a great idea susie.you'll feel so much better for it.just take it easy and don't do to much at once

i feel quite slim today.i can safely report that my big fat bloat has gone!

i really want to have a cheeky little weigh in but i had pizza last night so it may not show a loss yet.

the pizza was great.i only managed 3 slices of a personal pizza though.my stomach must have finally got smaller.

i'm aiming for 3 litres of water today,an hours power walk and 30 mins on the stepper.i've also found my big excercise ball(thanks susie for mentioning yours)so might ge tthat pumped up and so some bouncing too.
i'm so determined at the moment i really hope it lasts.

what is everyone else upto today?

I had a cheeky weigh in this morning.... showing a pound down, going to try really hard and see if I can lose another one to make it a whole stone that will then leave 5lb to lose by easter

Oooo I have a ball too, must dig it out, mind you with all the boys toys around there isn't much room left to store it anywhere

Must also find time to do half an hour on the Xtrainer too that's 300 cals worth

Now my AF has finished my determination has reappeared thank god

well done on the 1 lb off,i'm too scared to weigh in.my scales are different to ww though and i can'rt remember if they weigh more or less lol.think i best stay away.
this easter challenge is going to be a walk in the park for you

lets hope this new thread is the best one yet

Morning ladies!
Weighed in on Thursday and i lost another pound, so thats 11 altogher.
My sis had a baby 12 weeks ago, and has rejoined ww, and is only 2 pounds of her pre pregancy weight, so she is doing really well.

Hope you are all doing well, how many weeks until Easter?

polly my skin is looking really clear.i'm not a spotty person tend to be more dry but it is certainly a lot fresher looking.i just need a bit of sun.(think i may have to start the fake tan soon)

oh and my cellulite is looking less lumpy

have a great time at the outlaws lol.just practising saying "no thank-you"

i'm off to my sisters tonight .vodkafest

i know polly lol i've seen alot of my loo over the last few days.i've already drank 1 1/2 litres though .it has to be ice cold,i can't stand warm water.

my twin found her first grey pube last night.that what she gets for being 5 mins older than me.hence the vodkafest at heres tonight.she's drowning her sorrows.lol

i have a downstairs loo but everytime i need a wee i go to the upstairs loo.all those trips up and down have got to help .

ok now i'm being a saddo but my mum gave me some old magazines and in one of them it had the vital statistics of some celebs such as kate moss,cameron diaz and beth ditto.anyway i have just decided to measure myself and the results are;
bust ...37 1/2 inches(i wear a 34c so same size as britney)
waist... 30 inches(thats 2 inches smaller than jade goody)
hips...37 1/2 inches(only 2 inches bigger than kate moss)
thighs...22 insches(the same size as cameron diaz!!!!)
i wish i had measured myself at the start but i think i'm doing ok

Hi, I'm just posting what i had. Sorry for borring post. Youseem to have some good fun here.
B - poridge with honey and grapes made with semi-skimmed milk
l - eating out - warm bread sticks with dips; pan fired fillet of dori with herby mash and peas; banana pieces from kids' desert.
Will have some snack later and I'm going to have a cup of tea with 1 sugar now.

B = 2oz cornflakes with hot water and 1/2 spoon sugar.
L = 2 nimble bread, homemade beef and veg soup
ww yoghurt, med banana
T = chilli and rice, garlic bread and salad.

no Waaaaaay am I measuring anything ! I weighed today and my bloody scales think ive put on. I CANNOT POSSIBLE HAVE PUT ON WEIGHT!!!! BOLLOCKS ARRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

So depressed now no, really, bloody pissed off. I do not eat enoguh crap to have put on anyhitng. In fact I dont eat any crap at all!!! I had the ODD lion bar over the last 2 weeks. I've not had any crisps, chips, pasta, bread etc.... nothing. what is happening to me???

I am seriously going to get my thyroid checked. Not clutching at straws here btw, my big sister and my mum, BOTH developed underactive thyroids post natally. maybe its happened to me. I hope not. At least i would have reason fo why i'm not loosing anything though.

I am having a very large glass of bailys tonight, to cheer me up... prob my only vice really, and even so, I hardly ever have it. I am going to finish this bottle slowely over the next few weeks ( yeah right, who am i kidding ) make that few days... then, that will really be the last thing that is not good for me that eat.

You forgot about me, Susie. I had 3 home made muffins today and teas with sugar so I'm not jumping on my scales tomorrow. It's soup from Monday for lunch and snack attackes and salads with the mains.

Sorry Fedda, i'm not good at remembering everyone so dont often do 'personals' it was a more general post to all really though.

Ive decided, next week, that is the week starting march 3rd. I'll do the cabbage soup diet, to just kick start me. I did it once before, and i lost about 12 lbs in one week. NOT a good thing to do often, but, it did kick me into the right frame of mind, and start weight loss to continue sensible and loose more.

Its a bit of a harsh one to do. Bloody boring, and really hard to do, but you keep telling yourself its only for a week, so you do manage it.

I seem to remember thinking how fantastic bananas were on the banana and skimmed milk day!

I'll try and find a link for you so if anyone wants to join me in it for 1 week. ( only if you still have a lot to loose ) It does work, really really well, you really do loose weight, but, like I say, its really radical, and only should be done for a week, once in about a 2-3 month time frame.
