Sorry Fedda, i'm not good at remembering everyone so dont often do 'personals' it was a more general post to all really though.
Ive decided, next week, that is the week starting march 3rd. I'll do the cabbage soup diet, to just kick start me. I did it once before, and i lost about 12 lbs in one week. NOT a good thing to do often, but, it did kick me into the right frame of mind, and start weight loss to continue sensible and loose more.
Its a bit of a harsh one to do. Bloody boring, and really hard to do, but you keep telling yourself its only for a week, so you do manage it.
I seem to remember thinking how fantastic bananas were on the banana and skimmed milk day!
I'll try and find a link for you so if anyone wants to join me in it for 1 week. ( only if you still have a lot to loose ) It does work, really really well, you really do loose weight, but, like I say, its really radical, and only should be done for a week, once in about a 2-3 month time frame.
