LoveMyGirls · 30/03/2008 09:23

LisaLessLumpy · 30/03/2008 20:05

I have picked all day, have no clue how many calories I have eaten. I feel like shite

LoveMyGirls · 30/03/2008 20:14

LLL - just try harder tomorrow you can still pull it back after one bad day so don't be too hard on yourself.

Katy - he'll be lucky, well done for being strong!

Today I've had...
B- porridge/ honey
L- ww bar and 2 bananas
D- chicken roast dinner (did do parsnips and roast pots in fry light

I'm wanting one of the choc biscuits in the cupboard.......how long playing on the wii could earn me one of those? O rshould i not give into temptation?

fatkatyslim · 31/03/2008 09:26

did you manage to avoid the choccy biscuits lovemygirls?

i ended up sharing a kebab.i only had the chicken tikka bit though as the bread makes me feel bloated.

i've not got anything planned for today.i'm just going to drink loads of water to flush out the fat

good morning by the way

LoveMyGirls · 31/03/2008 10:01

Morning Katy, yes i avoided the biscuits!

Feeling a bit disheartened so far this week need a huge kick up the bum! I've been feeling so tired so I havent done much exercise, I should do something today, if the sun stays out I think i'll go for a walk or go on the trampoline.

I'm going to carry on trying my best and see how i do this week, I can't be naughty after last weekend, I need to see how I can do when I'm good!!

fatkatyslim · 31/03/2008 10:44

well done for a avoiding the biscuits

i think we all get a bit disheartened with dieting.sometimes it all just seems like too much hard work for little results.take a step back and have a look at the bigger picture.you've done so well ,don't throw in the towel, get on that trampoline and out in the sunshine.just think off how good you'll feel wearing skimpy clothes in the summer

Jahan · 31/03/2008 10:48

LMG - go out for a bit. It'll do you a world of good.
Apparently, 20mins of exercise early in the day stops you from over-eating for the rest of it I am testing that theory this week.
I went for a nice walk this morning, had porridge and coffee when I got back and now have a lovely chocolate cake from the weekend staring at me from the kitchen, wafting its aromas in my direction and tempting me.
I am going to give most of it away.

I want to be slim more than I want cake
I want to be slim more than I want cake
I want to be slim more than I want cake

I will stick to my diet and I will lose those 2lbs this week.

Katy - love the pics. You look nice and slim. Very lovely even in such dodgy attire

LLL - have a better day today!

LoveMyGirls · 31/03/2008 10:48

It seems such a long way off though..........I know it will be worth it though just need to keep trying really hard.

So far.....

B- porridge and honey
S - pears and lemon

fatkatyslim · 31/03/2008 10:54

thanks jahan
it was for the wii tennis tournament pmsl.

altogether now......

i want to be thin more than i want ?????

you can do it lovemygirls.it's british summertime now so the warm day's are not that far away

time for a new uplifting thread i think.won't be long

Jahan · 31/03/2008 10:55

Remember LMG, you won't suddenly be slim and gorgeous only when you reach your goal, you'll look better and feel healthier with every lb you lose.

fatkatyslim · 31/03/2008 11:00

good point jahan.

new thread for summer

LoveMyGirls · 31/03/2008 11:06

Reasons I want to be thin..........

Its a big family party in 3 weeks (desperately want to lose 4lbs by then or more if I can)

8 weeks until we go on a romantic weekend away (really want to be 10 stone at least by then possibly even under 10st!)

It's my brothers wedding in June and dd1 is bridesmaid (people will obviously wonder who her mum is and look at me, i do not want to look fat or more importantly feel fat, I want to feel proud and confident)

I'm still holding out for the big proposal and so want to still be thin for my wedding and all/ most of my married life (heres hoping!!)

fatkatyslim · 31/03/2008 11:42

lots of great reasons there lovemygirls.
it gives you the chance to set small goals too

susiecutiebananas · 31/03/2008 19:13

helllooooo ladies !

I'm feeling pretty good today. I've not been able to weigh myself as my scales are not working, but I know i've lost a bit. I out on some trousers that I usually wear, and thy were really uncomfortable. I was really upset, as they are supposed to be really loose fitting jeans, and they were skin tight and not good round the waist.

Well, I wa feeling like i might have lost a little, so I put them on again, and they fit really comfortable. I'm so chuffed!

So, I thoguht id try on some others that had been a bit tight, and they were fine too. I know I'm only getting back into my 'usual' clothes, but, they are comfortable and I dont even have a huge roll over the top, until I sit down! So,i'm looking forward to Mr Cutie mending the scales next week, to see what i've actually lost. He walked through the door on saturday and said, wow you've lost weight. So i must have...he's not the most observant of chaps lets just say!

Hope you are all keeping motivated? you all seem to be doing so much better than me. I need to just really stick to the old SW plan now. I'vel ost weight, I must just add, not doing it. However, I've been eating breakfast every day, and eating slightly better food, along with Izzy really, and still had a load of chocolate

LoveMyGirls · 31/03/2008 19:40

Jahan missed what you said earlier, thanks for that it's true, i have felt good today, i'm wearing size 14 skirt and I feel slimmer in skirts and shoes with slight heel, if i stopped dressing in jeans and trainers all the time i'd feel loads better but running round after the kids like i do means trousers and trainers are best for practical reasons! must make more of an effort at weekends

LoveMyGirls · 31/03/2008 19:41

Susie - well done!!!!!! You're definitely back on the wagon! Well done to MRC for noticing too!

susiecutiebananas · 31/03/2008 19:46

Thanks LMG He did well hey?

BTW, Psssssttttt were over here... >>>>
