Hi,

I'm starting back on a healthy regime today, I was going to start on the 1st, but seize the day and all that.

Got on the scales this morning and am 206.2 lbs 😣

I'd like to get to 130 lbs so have around 5st/74 lbs to lose.

Feel free to join me but I aim to post daily to keep myself on track. I'm going to go low carb, maybe do an 8 hour eating window and keep a small eye on calories. I have gym membership but haven't been for a while, and also exercise witha friend a couple of times a week.

Tuna crunch mayo at lunch
Itsu seaweed
Nuts & raisins/sultanas (not that great, but better than gold and rocky bars)
Smoked basa, spinach, salad
Greek yoghurt, nuts and raisins/sultanas.

That's not to bad. I dread to think what my weight is now.

It all went out the window yesterday. We had some very good news so celebrated with an Indian takeaway. Back on it today.

Hello @SugarAddict101 is it ok if I join this thread? My goal is 60lbs to lose, have lost 12.5 so far and it's painful! Following SW as it's the only thing that's ever worked for me. Really could lose another 2 stone on top of the 60lbs, but that loss would get me to where I feel good.

I'm not doing that well at them moment. I'm probably back up to where I started but i'm visiting family who I haven't seen for 4 years. And i've still got another 2 weeks here 🙈

Lost 2lbs this week which takes me to 14.5lbs off in 10 weeks. I'm always a slow loser. This is, unhappily (but also very pleased!), the lightest I've been for 2 years!

Hi all!

Can I join you please? I'm currently at 204 and aiming to get to 140, so 64 lbs to lose.

I'm on SW, which has worked for me in the past, but I'm finding it incredibly slow going this time round. 21 lbs since Jan. Probably my age (41) but mostly the fact that I just cannot stop giving into temptation anymore.

I've decided that part of my problem is that I'm not making the best choices in terms of what nourishes my body. Instead I'm going for nutritionallty 'cheap' options that are, technically, 'on plan' but not in the spirit of it, if you see what I mean. And then wondering why I don't feel satiated an hour later.

So, with that in mind, I'm making a bit focus on eating nourishing foods.

So far today, I've had:

Breakfast: 40g rolled oats, mixed with fat free greek yoghurt, a chopped pear, 5g flaked almonds and a drizzle of honey.

Lunch: 2 apples, a salad comprised of chopped cucumber and tomato, sardines in tomato sauce and half a tin of mixed beans.

The sardines and beans feel like they may be a game changer. Feel nicely full. About to take the dog to the park. Fingers crossed...

I'm on calorie counting and trying to stick to less than 1500 per day, also try to do 16/8.

I've lost 2st 1.8lbs already, another 5st to go 😐

Today I had:

Meal replacement
Egg on toast
Roast chicken, coleslaw, potato salad, green salad and two slices of ciabatta.
Two glasses of wine

Thanks, @Diddelydi. Your dinner sounds gorgeous, right up my street.

I've done well yesterday and today so far, so that's good.

Yesterday's dinner was nice. I made a sort of chunky ratatouille with tomatoes, courgettes, onions and mushrooms, which I then had on pasta.

Dessert was a fake Snickers ice cream bar from Aldi. Full of sugar obvs, but I'm allowing myself a treat per day to keep myself on the straight and narrow.

Today, I didn't get round to breakfast. Just had lunch: tuna with chopped celery, tomato and beans, mixed with ff greek yoghurt. Had it with spinach and a few olives chopped on top.

Afternoon snack will be 40g reduced fat cheddar with an apple.

Dinner will be harissa salmon with herby mash and green beans.

Fingers crossed I keep it up. Purely psychological at this early stage, but I could swear I feel physically better.

Well done everyone!

I am trying to get back to it this week and make better choices, but its hard as there are so many ckaes and crisps etc for the kids here. Plus takeaways that we don't have in Spain.

I'm here until Sunday so need to try to limit the damage, BUT its my birthday on Saturday so I'm a bit 'whats the point if i'm having treats etc on Saturday'.

But I feel bloody ill. I know my blood sugar is far too high. I need to order some test strips and keto pee sticks to take back with me too.

I think I'm going to go full carnivore/keto when I get back, that was really working for me before I left.

I've undone everything! I probably weigh more than when I started.
Planning on having a good day today:

Ham & Cheese scrambled egg for breakfast
Tuna Crunch for lunch
Pork Chop and veg for dinner - but I'll probably have chips. my mum does real ones in a chip pan 😍😛
