Hi,

I'm starting back on a healthy regime today, I was going to start on the 1st, but seize the day and all that.

Got on the scales this morning and am 206.2 lbs 😣

I'd like to get to 130 lbs so have around 5st/74 lbs to lose.

Feel free to join me but I aim to post daily to keep myself on track. I'm going to go low carb, maybe do an 8 hour eating window and keep a small eye on calories. I have gym membership but haven't been for a while, and also exercise witha friend a couple of times a week.

Sunday: Bacon, goats cheese, baked feta, pork crunch as crackers.

Monday: 188.4lbs.
I ate loads!
Bacon, goats cheese, pork crunch, a frikadellan.
an 85% chocolate.
more chocolate, the last moser roth 70% bar.
2 h/m burgers, feta, a slice of edam, a large spoonful of mayflower curry sauce.
2 more 85% chocolates.

I was tempeted to have an ice cream, and to eat out and have a drink as it was bank holiday, but I didn't. I did get in the pool for a little bit though so did a tiny bit of exercise.

188.8lbs this morning.

Having (h/m) bbq rub ribs and chilli garlic prawns in butter tonight 😛

Yesterday
3l water
A couple of teas, milk, sweetener.

A couple of chocolates.
Egg and bacon.
A s/f jelly.
Garlic chilli prawns in butter & ribs.
A no added sugar mini 'magnum'.

This morning I had a croissant with butter & jam, and I was delicious. Half a smallchocolate cake. Tea. A can of sugar and caffeine free coke. A couple of chocolates.

But, I did some kettle bell exercises, some dumbells, a bit of twist disc and I've just finished a load of pool exercises, I did aqua jogging and 'weights' with a really thick pool noodle, and a bit of swimming. And I'll probably get back in again. I'm going to get my cross trainer out and bring that up to the pool area and my dh is going to set his weights bench up as well, so we'll be flying soon.

I don't know whether that will have any effect on my scales tomorrow but I might not weigh for a while. Just stick to the plan and trust the process, for a bit.

191.5lbs this morning.

After all the exercise I did, I had a protein ice cream, probably more chocolates, some walnuts, some supermarket 'pringles', then a tandoori chicken leg, wedges, mint yoghurt sauce and naan bread - all homemade though.

Then I had a strawberry cornetto, and then another one becuase I'm back on it today.

Today I plan to have egg and bacon at lunchtime if I'm really hungry, and tandoori chicken for dinner, and do some kettlebells and stuff through the day.

Yesterday:
was very snacky
2 slices toast, small bits cheese that needed using up: feta, goats cheese, gouda
2 chicken hot dogs

a mini cookie
supermarket pringles
slice of bread and butter
a chocolate marshmallow

chips, mayflower chicken curry with onions and peas in, prawn crackers

Slice of bread and butter
strawberries & sugar free icecream

I did do 1/2 an hour on the cross trainer though and I've just done 20 mins and will hop on and off through the day. I'll do some kettlebells later too. I deleteed my step counter last week due to space on my phone but when I was doing my steps every day, 20,000 steps was taking me about 2 and a half hours so I'll aim for 2-2.5 hours a day on it. And see if i can download another step counter.

I've been eating so much crap I feel like I need a serious detox, I can feel the inflammation back so I'm going to pare it right back again as that was how i felt best, my energy is zapping again and I had to force myself to get up earlier than the very last minute and get on the cross trainer today. Last week I was ready to start marathon training.

194.1 lbs this morning, I think, I can't remember if it was .1 or .4 now. I think it was 1.

Yesterday:
3l water
3 teas, and I did have 2 stevia in each

3 medium egg omelette with mozzerella

2 h/m burgers, a slice of onion, a slice of tomato, 1/2 a slice of bacon, a cheese slice on each one, with mustard, ketchup and mayo

Peanuts at about 12am ffs. Will eat a bit more today so I'm not hungry outside of 12pm-8pm

frikadellan, gherkin, cheese, mustard, ketchup
Tea and biscuits. These ones are 26 cals each, 3.6 carbs each, so the lowest I could find.

Hi, I'm away for work at the moment then will be visiting family for a while, there will be scales there - I havent weighed since Tuesday and been at the mercy of meeting lunches and company dinners, but I'm going to start c25k again while I'm here, I've also been roped into a half marathon in Oct if there are spaces left.
