Hi,

I'm starting back on a healthy regime today, I was going to start on the 1st, but seize the day and all that.

Got on the scales this morning and am 206.2 lbs 😣

I'd like to get to 130 lbs so have around 5st/74 lbs to lose.

Feel free to join me but I aim to post daily to keep myself on track. I'm going to go low carb, maybe do an 8 hour eating window and keep a small eye on calories. I have gym membership but haven't been for a while, and also exercise witha friend a couple of times a week.

@Diddelydi Thank you, well done to you too.

Full Meal Replacement days are hard, I've still got lots of products left, last time I tried them they weren't working for me either 🙄

My friend has asked us to go for lunch with her on Saturday for her bday so I'm not sure what I'm goingto do there, but my other friend has asked me to go and do an exercise class in the afternoon so that will help me keep to good choices and work any bloat etc off.

Tuna mayo & pork crunch as crackers.
2 plastic cheese slices as snacks.
Chicken wings, cooked in the oven.

Chicken wings and beef in a sauce in a tapas bar. They put bbq sauce on the wings though.

Not the best dinner of bacon, pepperoni, 2 plastic cheese slices.

Did a half hour youtube workout at my friends house.

The batteries in my scales ran out this morning and I didn't have more, so I had to get some when I went out.

2 sausages, bacon, an egg
Pork crunch
2 h/m burgers, cheese, bacon, pepperoni

Ooh yum , I like pork pie pastry. I don't like jelly though. Love a ploughmans too.

Yesterday:

A normal tea, with a splash of milk and a shaving of a stevia tablet. I want to give up sweeteners completely but I don't like tea without it 😔

A sausage, bacon, 2 eggs

A Pork chop

THEN! I had a piece of chocolate and it was bloody delicious. It was 85% and I found a bag of individually wrapped portions in the supermarket, they are tiny, 8g, and less than 2g carbs and sugars for each piece. I also got sugar free jellies at 1 cal and <1g carb each. But they probably aren't good in terms of sweetners and processed food.

I was like that but seem to be doing very well with willpower atm. I was tempted to have another one after the first but I didn't.

190.6lbs/13st 8.6lb today.

Yesterday:

3L water
1 tea, tspn milk, sweetener

Tin of mackerel, s, p, vinegar, mayo and pork scratchings as 'crackers'.
Sugar free jelly.
1 8g 85% chocolate.
Pork chop, mayo, hot sauce.

I'm finding im not that hungry in the evening so I'm going to move my eating window so I have my main meal at about 12-1 and maybe have a small snack in the afternoon and then go til lunch the next day. When I did OMAD that really worked for me and my fasting blood glucose reading. eating at about 11-12 worked well so I might bring it forward if I get on alright again with dropping dinner (at dinnertime).

190.7lbs today.

Yesterday I ate in a 1.5hr window, between 12 and 1.30pm:
3l water
tea, with sweetener & milk

a s/f jelly
pork crunch
chicken wings and hot sauce mayo
2 8g chocs
and a low sugar, high protein ice cream lolly from Lidl!

I didn't expect much change in the scales today, tbh 😆

So I've just finished eating for today. I've had:

H/m burgers, with bacon, cheese, mayo & mustard.
A really little thin pork steak, not much more than bacon.
An egg.
A protein quark yoghurt from Lidl.

And I might eat a little chocolate, but I'm stuffed.
But thats me done until lunchtime tomorrow, again.

I didnt eat anything til about 5, from finishing eating at about 12.45 on Friday, and then I only ate the skin off a roast chicken. Wasn't hungry all day and still not now. Will next eat at lunchtime today.
